Stunning south and southwest mountain views, outdoor space, and contemporary design in downtown Asheville. 5th floor two bedroom and two full bathrooms is located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. The Biltmore Estate and the Blue Ridge Parkway are also just a short drive away. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle.

Wish we stayed longer

There was so much to do nearby. We only stayed two nights and I wish we would have stayed longer! The condo was so clean and tastefully decorated.

Fantastic condo!

We were very impressed with this condo! Decorated nicely, super clean & awesome location. We walked to so many restaurants & shops. Although we didn't cook, there seemed to be everything you would need if you did cook meals. Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!

Perfect for our girls trip! Location was so convenient, the view was amazing and the condo itself had everything we could want. Beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen was quite large, the multiple coffee makers were a nice touch. I might suggest a higher quality towel for such a nice place but otherwise, everything was perfect!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great location for our visit to Asheville. Loved having secured parking. The layout of the condo was perfect; and the decor was perfect for for our visit also. Management was always quick to respond to answer questions. Overall a great stay! So much that coming back to same building for another quick stay with family.

Amazing location, sophisticated condo

Three ladies convened at this spot for an inaugural trip to Asheville. The condo is just outside of downtown. Very close to tons of amazing bars, restaurants, breweries and music venues. The condo is immaculate, just as pictured. The outdoor balconies are large and great for entertaining. Noise from street can be intense around bar time, but likely no different/worse than other spots in downtown. My only hesitations on 5 stars are as follows (will try to focus on things that are changeable, take or leave these if low importance ): 1) Directions for how to access condo could be improved. I loved the security of multiple codes unique to various access points, but it’s nuanced and something directions should emphasize must be exact. It also took us a minute to realize there are two parking levels, each accessible from different streets. We accessed the condo from the wrong side initially and were totally stumped. Wasted time figuring out there was another lot. None of this was well spelled out in directions. 2) The basics supplied were super basic. No frills. For the cost per nights, some nicer toilet paper or hand soaps make sense. Overall, excellent spot. Highly recommend for ladies groups

Fab condo, noisy neighbors marred the experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, a big kitchen lots of windows nice furnishings to covered decks, and the beds are super comfy. We were excited when we walked in. Unfortunately, there was noise late at night that interrupted our sleep on both nights by the second night my friend figured out that it was people staying in a condo below us, who were having a party. We originally thought there was a band playing at a bar nearby!

Amazing location!

This was the perfect property for us and our friends. We were able to walk EVERYWHERE, and the views from our balconies (yes there are 2), we’re amazing! Very clean and beautiful inside and out! We will definitely stay here again!

Magical Vacation

This property is beautiful, well appointed and close to the action and energy of Asheville, the Biltmore and Grove Park Inn. I am so happy we were able to enjoy Asheville with a view of the mountains, convenient parking and perfect location. Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!

Lovely condo. Noisy location.

The condo is beautiful and matches the photos. The view is really lovely and the double balconies allow plenty of opportunity to take it in. There were some ants in the kitchen when we arrived we informed the property manager but we told them not to worry about doing anything about it as we didn’t want to disrupt our stay. The road noise can be a bit much if that’s a thing that bothers you. We were fine with it and travel with sound machines anyway. However, there was a bachelorette party and a large barking dog on our floor that we’re both definitely disruptive while trying to relax. I asked the property manager about the dog since the listing says no dogs and I think they own the whole building but did not receive a response. Not sure I would recommend for families with small children looking to relax. Wish the property manager had checked in with us during our stay and upon departure. Definitely different when it’s a company managing vs an individual. Depending on your needs it’s a lovely condo in a great location but has its opportunities like any rental.
