Comfortable place to kick back after a busy day of hiking, rafting or shopping. We were close to restaurants and brewerys and withing walking distance to many! The balcony had comfortable seating and was roomy. We would stay again!!

Great location and fantastic accommodation. Everything is walkable downtown and the building is secure. We have stayed here a couple of times and perfect each time.

Only issue is WiFi will not stay connected but other than that it was an incredible place right in the area to allow you to walk to the breweries. The back porch patio is big and great to sit out on and people watch.

Wonderful, clean, newer condo in a great location in downtown Asheville. Both bedrooms felt like master suites with very comfortable beds. Great night's sleep! Even though there are no dressers in the bedrooms, there is ample closet space and storage in the bathrooms. The balcony is huge and would be great for entertaining even though it overlooking a busy street. That being said, there is almost no traffic noise in the condo when the doors are closed. Parking was easy. The assigned parking space is located next to a column, but I had no issues parking my small SUV (just read the directions provided by the host as to which of the two entrances to the parking garage to use). As we had an additional car, we parked it in a garage in 0.2 miles away for 15/day with no problems. We will definitely try to book again on our next visit.

This condo was perfect. Location exceptional. Parking easy and safe. The patio is very large. Comfortable couches and rooms. Absolutely wonderful experience.

Can’t beat this location - within walking distance of downtown breweries and restaurants. The condo is comfortable and quiet.

Easy walk into the main Asheville drag, beautiful and secure accommodations, very comfortable apartment, garage parking, easy check in/out. Location is especially amazing.

I sent my son and husband for a father/so. Getaway. They loved the condo. Said it was so nice and that the location was perfect. 2 large rooms and a large balcony. Very clean and well furnished. They want to go back and stay there again.

Condo is perfectly situated to walking around downtown Nashville and a quick drive to the Biltmore Estate.

Great Location

Clean and pretty property in a great location in downtown. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It was a little loud on the patio and at night due to traffic. We would rent again.
