Quiet condo with a great view!

The condo was well located, had great amenities and floor plan. We enjoyed the easy distance to Klamath Falls and Lake of the Woods. The main level master suite was perfect for us!

Clean and well taken care of home

We love staying at the Running Y and this house was just as we hoped. Location was nice, being on the end made it quiet and not feel like you were attached to neighbors. The home had everything we needed and the check-in/check-out process was a breeze.

This was a week vacation with four teenagers; everyone had the best time! The property was perfect, the host was highly communicative, and we had everything we needed to truly enjoy ourselves. We would love to return!

Really nice and well maintained. Even though VRBO said the hot tub was was not working, the property owners said it was ready to go. I do a yearly golf trip to Running Y and this place was perfect.

The Running Y Ranch is a nice ranch/golf course. The view from the deck was excellent and the location is very good. The property is not in good shape with leaking upstairs bathroom valve, supper stiff upstairs bed, deck with lots on pine needles, floor that has a weird floor transition, the hot tub was barely full of water, and overall not very clean. With some TLC this property could be excellent.

Hi Steve, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We wish we had known about the leaking upstairs toilet valve during your stay, as they would have gladly addressed it right away.- While mattress preferences can vary, this is the first comment we’ve received about the upstairs bed, and we’ll keep an eye on future feedback.- When notified about the pine needles on the deck, we immediately had the cleaner stop by to sweep. It’s a forested area, so some natural debris is expected, but we want to keep outdoor areas guest-ready.- The cleaner is new to the team and comes with strong references; she’ll also be completing a full deep clean of the home this month.- The floor transition noted is a standard molding strip, less than a ¼ inch between the kitchen and dining area.Thanks for your valuable feedback!

Family gathering

Home and deck worked perfectly for a small gathering of family from Klamath Falls and visitors from the valley. The picture we saw when booking the home had a larger table on the patio and no hot tub. We managed to work with the smaller space and the fact the hot tub was nor working was not an issue. For the door code I did not realize it was not coming from Evolve so it went to junk mail and caused some issue on arrival. Also, did not know the door would auto-lock so we got locked out a second time. These are the reason the listing accuracy could have been better. All in we were happy with the property and would rent again.

This Chalet was basically a stark hotel. No homey feel. There were a few throw rugs in the master bathroom, but for the main feel, uncomfortable furnishings and lacking. The decor is that of a hotel room.

Great layout for our family

Fun place to stay, people on resort very friendly and helpful! So many activities to choose from and the area is so pretty. The townhouse was showing some wear in the carpet and sofa's and the entry siding could use some cleaning. But all and all a great place to stay, we plan to come back!!

Thank you so much we’re just back from a fabulous stay at your home in Klamath falls. Five stars for sure!! We saw deer and squirrels from our back patio and enjoyed everything this wonderful home has to offer. It is a great size and spotlessly clean. We used it as a start point for exploring the area around Crater Lake. Our check in was so smooth and communication was superb. We would love to stay again.. very many thanks 🤩

great location!

Really great jumping off point for crater Lake and Lava beds monument. The grounds and facilities are very family friendly. would've been 5 stars save for the hot tub being down. But our host fixed it in short order! strong work. Could use a bit more of a deep clean, but that's nitpicking. We will very much return!
