Be aware the subdivision is way up a hill in Copper Mountain (which is already high altitude), and you will be climbing lots of stairs at altitude, so be prepared to be winded. Otherwise, a great place to have a great time.

Lovely property, but not ski and ski out as advertised

All amenities inside house were lovely. Views were lovely. Fully equipped kitchen. Yet aging faucets, drains, etc. We had to call maintenance almost every day for something. They responded quickly and kindly yet it was a hassle calling them every day for something. The biggest complaint is the ski and ski out. . Not true, hiking carry out, especially with older skiers and younger children.

Amazing place on the slopes!

Loved this property - lots of space, clean, amazing location that was especially good for kids on the west side of the mountain. Had an awesome stay!

Should have brought our familes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 4 men on a ski trip and we picked this place. It was easy to find, simple to get in and beat our expectations. Everything was clean and operable. The house was warm on our arrival and the heated floors were a nice touch. Beds were comfortable, linens/towels all were great. Two living room areas is a nice touch for larger group. Kitchen was well supplied. We hired a chef to come in one night and he brought all the food but said it was well stocked for cooking. As far as ski in ski out. There is a very nice ski room to store your stuff and go in and out of. When going to ski you turn right out the room and walk about 25yards to the slope. Coming in you can ski all the way. You are at the western end of the resort but can go directly down to a variety of lifts. Our only regret was we did not bring the wives as this place would be really nice for multiple couples or families. The elevator seemed excessive. But not when you are bringing luggage up or down at altitude. A nice addition. Lots of books/games/ etc if people just hanging out. Jacuzzi worked well and great location. When time for replacement i would go a bit bigger but 4 big guys were able to get in. If we come back to copper we will stay again. Nothing against copper- great mountain great time, we just tend to try new resorts. But might have to come back w family

Place was beyond amazing

Magical location and the place was perfect. Professional communication from property mgmt entire time but never needed to contact them. Blessed to enjoy a late season adventure at Copper. Thanks so much.

Nice townhome - easy ski access

Easy ski access to the mountain. You will have to drive into center village and park for restaurants etc.... The shuttle isn’t fast but it is available if you have time to wait. The home is very clean. Furniture is not new or super comfortable but it’s totally fine for a short mountain vacay. Note *** Kids can’t sit at the bar because stools are too short but the dining table seats 8 or 10 so lots of space. Important to note that the townhome is very vertical so you’ll likely want to use the elevator which only worked for the first day of our stay. It was repaired the day we arrived but then stopped working again. Overall a nice clean home and despite needing a few new furnishings in some areas, we’d stay again!

The home is wonderful, the pictures are accurate, and it has a fully stocked kitchen, and a good BBQ. The management company is superb, and the only negative to the house is the rooftop hot tub which is in a great location, but is very old, the top is disintegrating into the water creating a mess. We are very familiar with hot tubs and know what to expect, and this one has reached its useful life and should be replaced.

Family Ski vacation

Loved this place. Elevator a must lots of stairs. Ski in ski out, but climb up to mountain a little challenging. Skiing down to house great though! Kitchen well equipped except could have used more coffee cups(only 6). Nice having private hot tub too! River Ridge very accommodating and helpful!

A Great Villa

The family loved the Villa and wants to return. We especially enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen and the big dining table with plenty of chairs for the ten of us. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. A special path provided access to the Lumberjack and Kokomo lifts, which even the young children could manage.

Great stay

The house was great and just as described online. We had a small issue with wifi but the host was really responsive and came over to fix it right away. The only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because after the wifi issue was fixed it still didn't work great on the top 2 floors - with no wifi at all on the top floor. Still a great stay but worth noting.

BEAUTIFUL Rental

We loved our stay at Snowy Pines! What a beautiful property in an amazing location- beautiful views and easy access to I-70 so it's convenient to lots of areas/activities. Super clean and plenty of space. Perfect for 7 adults or 6 adults and 2-4 kids. It even had an elevator!! The grill, multiple decks, and the hot tub was just icing on the cake. Check-in was a breeze and communication was superb. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Nice with several stairs

Thank goodness for the elevator. I would have liked a nice outdoor deck with a large table and chairs vs the high top with high chairs. All else was as advertised.

Family Vacation

House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. House can be warm in the summer due to no AC. Additional box fan was brought to us to help with air circulation in upstairs bedroom. Enjoyed the close proximity to Copper Mountain and surrounding area activities. We enjoyed our stay and look forward turning again next year.
