Such a wonderful home to stay with multiple families. The bedroom and bathroom setup is perfect for everyone to have their own space. Multiple living areas make it easy for kids to play and adults to hang out. The kitchen is fully stocked and it was so clean! Can’t wait to come back!

Good property with poor customer service

Had one fantastic night in the property with my wife on our 26th anniversary. The second night we didn’t have heat (8 outside), no fireplace, and no hot water. Utility company turned off the gas to the property due to a gas leak. With no other place to go, we used extra blankets and slept fine. In the morning, we had ice cold showers and still no heat.They offered us 200 for our troubles.

Perfect Summertime Family Getaway

We booked this trip to connect with family visiting from out of the country. It was the perfect location for everyone to gather and spend quality time with one another. The space was clean and open. We would definitely consider booking again for perhaps a longer trip.

This house had a lot of broken things and very old coaches, bad beds, broken door ways, missing bath parts, broken shower. Would not stay again.

Beautiful home!

This home was perfect for our family of 11. Everyone had a bed and each bedroom has a bathroom. This home is comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. We would highly recommend this home!

Nice house with great space!

Nice house. Appreciated ski-in, ski-out. Great concern for 2 unlocked doors to a future elevator shaft & loose spindles on the stairs going to the top floor. The bed closest to the door in a bottom floor bedroom (not bunked) is uncomfortable on which to sleep.

Ski out is just a short walk to the Lumberjack lift. Private attached garage kept our vehicle warm, and out of weather. Great for unloading and loading luggage and groceries. The kitchen/dinning was beautiful with lots of seating and all the things we needed. The private hot tub was clean and fun. The bathrooms were updated and clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Terrific Property & Location

This property was simply beautiful. Very large, well appointed, clean, with a great and well stocked kitchen, nice private hot tub, and full two car garage. Easy 3 minute walk to the lift. The free shuttle to other Copper locations (like dinner in Center Village) was easy to use and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Family Ski Week at Copper Mountain

Easy short walk to base of Lumberjack lift and if snow is plentiful you can ski back to house. Very spacious home, rooftop hot tube, great bedding and baths, fully stocked kitchen for cooking in, large dining table and bar seating. Our 3 generations - parents, children and spouses and 5 grandchildren totaling 11 deemed it our favorite place to stay at Copper. Rebooking with River Ridge Rentals for 2025- dealing with a local rental agency that is accommodating, efficient and top notch is fabulous!

Wonderful location, property in need of routine maintenance

This property is spacious and has a very nice location. We noticed several issues with the house that suggested a lack of routine maintenance such as shower drain not draining, smelly pipes under the bathroom sink, windows with broken handles, and clothes dryer quit working. The maintenance team did respond promptly and successfully to our requests other than that they were unable to fix the dryer at the end of our stay. Beware the bunk beds did not seem safe to use for the top bunks.

Great Location - Poor Home Furnishings

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location in Lewis Ranch is perfect. Home needs some maintenance attention as well as an entire home refurnishing. All furniture, bedding, linens etc. have been used beyond their life expectancy. Look at other updated properties prior to booking this home. We purchased mattress toppers and new linens for all beds during our 3 week stay. Management company was great to work with, property furnishings are in poor, over used condition.

Reviewer Comments: Our overall vacation was wonderful, but our party of 11 was disappointed in our rental, especially considering the cost. It was not clean when our party arrived, and I would have complained immediately had I been the first person to get there. The kitchen still had crumbs on the floor and pancake remnants on the griddle from the previous guests. The refrigerator also had lingering spills inside that weren't wiped out. (I have pictures if needed.) The front door handle didn't work, and when this was brought to the attention of maintenance (who was called bc the hot tub had sand and dirt in it), they said they were aware of it, but made no mention of trying to fix it... The house layout was great, and if maintained and cleaned better, it would have been wonderful. But spending over $8k on a dirty house definitely didn't sit well with the adults in our group. The location to the slopes was great, and we loved being on the green/west side of Copper. The shuttle service was also very convenient.

Ski trip with friends

House was amazing and in a great spot. The management company was very responsive and helpful. Only complaint was the bunk bed mattresses and pillows were not very good. That being said I would rent again
