The unit features a brand-new kitchen stocked with cookware, dishes, a blender, toaster, hand mixer, and CorningWare—perfect for whipping up meals or beachside drinks. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the spacious bathroom with dual shower heads.

Cute condo!

Perfectly advertised and the owner allowed for a one night stay on Easter weekend. It was appropriately stocked, it was clean and there were beach chairs for use. Bed was comfortable. Parking is very tight, but the owner can’t control that. Location is perfect, on the beach, and it was a perfect place for a couple!

Great space for a short get away

This was a great place for my husband and I to stay. It is on the smaller side but we knew that from other reviews. You don’t need too much space when you’re there to enjoy the beautiful beach which was so close. The bed was comfortable and the unit had everything we needed for coffee and quick breakfasts or packing lunches for the beach. The camping chairs that were included were a plus for the beach. Only issue we had was we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work but ended up not needing it as the AC was sufficient. Would definitely stay again.

There were actually more amenities available than advertised…hair dryer and laundry and ice machine. I would have brought less with me if I had known. I would have appreciated a mattress pad on the bed. Our sheets were right on top of a foam mattress topper. Otherwise, it was clean, comfortable, and at the beach.

Tiny room

This room is only good for couples. Not for 2 sisters on a trip. We thought we had a pull out couch to sleep in but there was no room to pull it out without hitting the bed. We ended up sleeping together. The square footage was NOT easy to see in description. The pictures were deceiving. Otherwise it was pretty well kept. The beach was quiet and private due to no public restrooms nearby. We rented a cabana right on the beach. Very relaxing.

Beach Getaway

Tropic Terrace is so quaint and immaculately maintained. There is on-site management and maintenance. A number of occupants are longterm residents. Folks are very friendly, like a neighborhood, including a happy hour gathering at sunset on the walking path. Unit #49 was fantastic! The owners have thought of everything and used all the space very efficiently. That being said, we were very glad we had a rental car to leave luggage and items not needed for that leg of our 10-day vacation. We were there for the beach and that doesn’t require a lot! The free parking is on the premises and the hospitality room was available 24/7. We didn’t need the laundry room, but we saw several folks using it. We had a great beach getaway and will definitely stay here again if we are in the Tampa area.

Great stay! You get what you pay for.

This studio was great for my partner and I. It is small, y’all. Definitely do not recommend this unit if you are someone who likes alone time from who you are traveling with. You can wash your hands and sit on the toilet at the same time when in the bathroom. The size of the unit did not bother us at all. The unit is equipped with basically everything you need. The tv is a smart tv-big plus and the a/c works fantastically. The kitchen was equipped with pots, pans, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, etc. THERE IS NOT AN ELEVATOR. You will have to carry your things upstairs. Due to this, we left our beach things in the car and grabbed them on the way down so we didn’t have to lug them up a set of stairs. The bed is a queen size and is comfortable for the most part. There is no balcony in this until and you cannot see the beach unless you start walking towards it. Though the property is on the beach, be ready for a 7-10 minute walk to get your toes in the waves. All in all it was great for what we paid.

Secret oasis

Our rental was great. We may stay there again sometime. They had chairs, toys, and a wonderful little cart for you to use on your short walk to the beach. We thought treasure island was the perfect beach. As big as the big beaches, but with half the people. Still got a front row seat at 10am. I highly recommend making this your vacation destination.

Highly Recommend Tropic Terrace #49

We absolutely loved our stay at Tropic Terrace #49. The hotel was very clean, safe, and centrally located with parking on site. Our efficiency was small but beautiful and well-equipped with kitchen equipment, a smart TV, beach chairs and a small beach umbrella. The hotel is ocean front but set back a bit- it’s about a five minute walk out to the most beautiful beach. Treasure Island is stunning. Highly recommend Tropic Terrace and Treasure Island!

Fantastic getaway

This was very easy to book and the property manager was quick to respond to questions. Check in was easy, I just wish there had been a little more communication prior to the stay. The room was recently decorated and adorable. It had everything we needed and then some. It was cozy, but not crowded, and felt so much more "homey" than a hotel room. Having a refrigerator, stove, and microwave was great for ease and keeping vacation costs down. Since we flew to Florida, having coolers, a beach cart, and beach toys and chairs was especially handy. The location of the condo was convenient to walk or drive to stores and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. Also convenient to other hotels via the beach or the boardwalk. Amazing views of the ocean! I would recommend Tropic Terrace in a heartbeat, and would definitely stay again.
