Run down and dated

unit is in need up updating. It was a longer than expected walk to the beach. Deep cleaning is needed. we encountered roaches, ants and silverfish. Plantation amenities were not open to us except a few a few eating places and the beach which was a long walk. The u it was in the back of the building so it was dark and did not offer a view There was a small patio which with two dirty chairs and a dirty table in general it was uncared for. We left a week early and lost the money we paid for the remaining days as we were not comfortable there

Great location, aged unit

Great location on premier Amelia Island resort but unit is in need of major refresh. Ok for tight budget but not worthy of the price nor neighborhood. Moldy cloth shower curtain was just a lazy example. Trash behind nightstand, patio. Dirty light switch plates, also lazy/easy to clean but weren’t. Circuit breaker blew, thought would Fi was out for a day but was electric. Property broker polite but not interested in making alternate arrangements or solving issues.

Great stay

Two friends and I stayed here for 3 days for a conference at the Omni. There was plenty of room for us, easy access to the beach and hotel, and groceries/gas and restaurants nearby. A couple of things to note: most nearby restaurants close at midnight, so no late night delivery available; if you bring a dog, you have to agree to crate it when you leave the villa and keep it off the furniture (including beds). Otherwise, great stay!

Comfortable space for family of 5 with teens

We were in the area for a partial week visiting friends and enjoying the beach. The beach was only a short walk from the condo. The walking paths made it easy to get around. The two-bedroom condo had plenty of room for us all (two adults, three teenagers). The only thing we were disappointed with was the cleanliness of the Beachwood Pool. The setting was beautiful, surrounded by trees and shrubs, but that meant there was a lot of debris on the surface of the pool. We spent most of our time at the beach, but it would have been nice to have the option of the pool too. Overall we had a great visit, and will definitely rent through you again.

The condo was convenient to my meeting and it was so nice not to have to walk into just a hotel room. The condo was spacious and a great place for a get away.
