Nestled in a private oak canopy setting, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Beachwood villa is the perfect home away from home. A vibrant coastal color palette and beautiful furnishings adorn this seaside retreat.

A designer wallpapered foyer greets you as you enter through the front door and leads you into the fully equipped kitchen. Prepare a tasty meal for the whole family in this relaxing space. The adjacent living area features a large sofa and two plush chairs centered around a flat screen smart TV. Wicker chairs sit on either side of the TV credenza for additional seating. Geometric patterns, bright colors, and tasteful art make this living space unique and fun. A nearby dining table offers seating for 6 in Chinese Chippendale styled seats. A private balcony is just through the sliders. Sip a glass of wine and dive into a good book on this cozy veranda.

The master bedroom boasts an upholstered king headboard and bed, a flat screen smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a combination shower/tub. Across the hall sits the 2nd bedroom featuring 2 twin beds and a flat screen smart TV. An adjacent bathroom offers a vanity and another combination shower/tub. A laundry room with a washer/dryer is conveniently located off of the fully equipped kitchen.

A 3 minute walk down the street will take you to the ocean's edge, and the community pool tucked under the beautiful oaks is just steps away. At this villa, you can walk down the street and enjoy a glass of wine at the Omni Hotel, ride bicycles through the plantation's many trails, take a 5 minute stroll down to the plantation's many shops and restaurants, rejuvenate at the nearby spa and salon, or visit the miniature golf course just down the road!

This property allows 1 dog weighing no more than 25 llbs- $150 Pet Fee.

Very nice weeklong stay.

Property was very nice and exactly as presented. Communication was excellent both prior to and during stay. Love Amelia Island Plantation and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place

We loved the place and the host was excellent. We had an issue with the sink which they addressed right away. Good communication, would book again.

Great location and very attractive

The owners have a great eye for decorating. The condo was very nicely appointed and comfortable. The location of the condo was outstanding, just a short walk to the beach. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We really liked the condo and the location. The only issues we had was the washing machine leaked on the night before we left. We called the emergency line and did not get a call back. this was on a holiday weekend. The bathtub in the master bathroom did not drain well.

We really enjoyed our stay! Really nice apartment very roomy. Close to the beach. Area was nice with great walking area and beautiful scenery. Wish I could have stayed a couple of weeks!

Another Amelia at Beachwood

Property was clean and comfortable. Like most vacation rentals they have streaming tv which is horrible for guests, a horrible toaster, horrible cooking utensils, and a $8.00 clothes iron.

Hi Chris! Thank you for the 5 star review! We are so sorry to hear of your disappointment with the cooking items- we would have been happy to bring a replacement for any of that. We haven't had any complaints about anything with the kitchen there so we were surprised to hear this. Most of our guests love the streaming TV options as it gives guest the full cable package plus streaming capability for their own accounts. We hate you were not satisfied with this. It looks like we spoke with you on the day after you checked in- we call all of our guests the next day to be sure everything is going good. In the future, always let us know when we call if you are unhappy with something as we will do our best to find a resolution! We hate for anyone to ever leave disappointed! Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback!

Cheerful Condo

Condo was exactly as described in listing and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. During our stay we had several days of stormy weather and this was a cheerful place to wait out the storms.

Beautiful Property

Excellent condo option for families with pets. Wonderful location on Amelia Island. We traveled for a business convention but will plan to come back. Elevator on property very helpful for anyone that has issues navigating stairs. Thank you!

Property is nice but dated. Clean, functional, colorful and comfortable. Parking is good. Top floor means nobody above you, but also 3 floors of stairs to climb or an elevator ride. Main spaces roomy, bathrooms small. Not much glass - limited views. Management was communicative and helped when needed. Overall a good place to stay.

Thank you for the review Stan. We agree this property is wonderful, and we love hearing how well it worked out for your vacation. You are correct, and as the listing reads-you do have to take the stairs or an elevator to access the property. With the parking being so close to the building it is just a quick walk from the parking spot to the elevator.This property is in a condo building, so the windows are focused on the back of the unit, there is a window in the front guest room that helps bring in light as well. We appreciate the kind words regarding management communication, we work hard to ensure that all of our guests feel as though we are quick text or call away. We hope you come back soon, and we truly appreciate the positive feedback.

A beautiful, colorful VRBO

We loved the comfy brightly colored decorated VRBO. Everything we needed was provided. We were very pleased, we only had a few complaints. The shower head in the master bathroom flew off and hit my son in the head while he was taking a shower. It was kind of scary. It hurt him and made him dizzy for a moment. We tightened it and put it back on to make sure it wouldn’t happen again. Even though we waited between showers, the water kept turning freezing cold when we were trying to take showers, also the water does not drain in the guest bathroom. My daughter was up to her ankles in water it would not drain. It also needs to be added on the information email that there is a Keurig in the place because it only says there is a drip coffee maker so I brought mine from home and in transporting it now it does not work. So that would be helpful information to know. Overall it was wonderful but we did want to mention these few things. Thanks!

Awesome Condo designed for Family!

Everything was excellent! There was only a couple of things that could use improvement. 1. The cord that retract the drapes were broken with missing glides. Notified the property management and it was addressed the next day. 2. The carpets were obviously not cleaned as they should have been. Stains and dirt everywhere. I used the carpet cleaner I found underneath the sink on a few spots and they came out nicely. This is something that should be done after every use but somehow, it was not. Notified the property management and they offered to send someone out, but it would have been disrupting, so we declined but hoped they would rectify the issue before renting it out the next time. These items did not warrant giving the stay at this unit a low rating as we enjoyed its usage.
