Wonderful house and wonderful hosts

We had a family wedding to attend nearby. Ten of us stayed at the house, and despite there being that many of us it never felt crowded. The outdoor area is cozy, the pool is charming, the house is well put together, the price was right, and the hosts are fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great option for a trip to Phoenix

This property was great. Everything was clean, clutter-free, functional, and cute. We were supplied with paper products, k cups, dish soap, laundry soap, basically everything. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. We had a family of four inside with grandparents in the casita — a nice lay out. I am a picky person and have no complaints at all!

Convenient Location, Great Hosts

The property's location is very convenient, close to everything including the airport. The hosts were great communicators during our stay. The only issue is that the property's side yard is on a very busy street and the pool is behind a concrete block wall only a few feet from the busy street. As a result, sitting by the pool is quite noisy. You do get somewhat used to it after a while, but it is noisy in the back yard.

GCU Graduation!

This VRBO is well located, easily accessible and in a great little neighborhood. It was clean and had very good amenities. The heated pool and casita were perfect for our family.I definitely recommend this place. The owner was wonderful to speak with when I had a concern.I also took morning walks in the neighborhood and felt completely safe. This is definitely a great VRBO!

Home away from home

The process was easy from start to finish!! The house was absolutely amazing, even my kids enjoyed it. The location was amazing, everything we could possibly need was in walking distance.

Great Place to stay!

This entire house was emasculate. The Family truly enjoyed our stay. Great location to stores, and restaurants. The backyard and pool was simply beautiful and can’t forget to mention the guesthouse was nice as well. The only downside was that the internet and cable was out for 3 days 😩.

First family vacay

This house was perfect for me, my grown children and my 5 grandchildren (ages 16, 12, 8, 5 and 5 months). The heated pool was so appreciated as the weather wasn't quite what we hoped it would be in Phoenix. The house was so clean and well kept. The floors were perfect for wet pool feet! Peter and Maria were excellent communicators and always responded to my emails immediately! Check in was the easiest of ANY VRBO I've ever used. My only feedback would be to have a few more pots and pans and serving bowls. However we made it work! I give this place a 10 out of 10! Thank you so much for helping us create a lasting memory of family time together!
