Great place to stay

We went to Phoenix to watch a volleyball tournament where our daughter was participating. We brought two other daughters to watch and get some sun.This home was very well provisioned. The owners were great to work with. The home and yard were great. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Friends week in the sun

Great space for 6 adults. Hosts responded promptly to any questions or needs. Would return to this property on our next trip to Scottsdale. Pool was the perfect temperature!

Relaxing and chill spot for the weekend.

My group had a wonderful experience staying here for the weekend and highly recommend this spot to others! Very spacious house and backyard with tons of amenities and makes you feel right at home!

Family Fun in the Sun

Kyle and Michelle were amazing hosts and responsive to any and all of our needs. We loved the property, enough bedrooms for everyone and living areas for entertainment. The highlight was the outdoor area. A pagoda with king size bed for outdoor lounging, activities for the kids and of course an amazing pool. We stayed 2 months and found the location perfect to get around Phoenix and Scottsdale points of interest. You won't be disappointed in a stay at this home, we weren't!!

An ideal place for a long-term, winter getaway

The hosts have provided everything needed for a comfortable, long-term home away from home. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and everything is thoughtfully labeled. Michelle and Kyle were always quick to respond to questions during our stay. A wonderful experience.

Great time in Scottsdale

The house is nice and very clean! Beautiful backyard to hang out and enjoy the weather in Scottsdale. Our host Kyle was really good, answered any questions promptly. The check in process was simple and he messaged to make sure we got in & everything was fine. Cannot beat this location, 5 minutes to Scottsdale Rd & several golf courses. I would definitely recommend and will book again.

Kyle and Michelle do all the little things to make guests feel welcome. Their communication was quick, clear, and thoughtful. There were ample supplies, snacks, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a neat backyard, a clean pool - I could go on!

Best property we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail, cleanliness, efforts to accommodate, and make us comfortable was above and beyond what I would expect. There is plenty of space and lots of wonderful activities to chose from. My family wants to return to this property just to stay and hangout and they are a hard crowd to please. Thank you Kyle!!!!

Perfect Stay, Perfect Week

We stayed in the house for a week- from the very beginning everything was wonderful. The house was extremely clean, well-stocked, and a great location. Kyle and Michelle were excellent hosts and checked-in regularly. The house was very family friendly as we had our 9-month old daughter with us. The backyard and pool was amazing and we have nothing but positive things to say. We would definitely book this house again in the future and hope to do so! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Great Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive and provided an easy check-in experience. The place was clean, the beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed while we were there. The outdoor space was awesome and the kids really enjoyed all of the pool toys and games provided. Even though it is a pet-friendly rental, we did not notice any pet hair like we have at other pet-friendly rentals (we have pets, so this doesn't bother us, but I know it matters to some people that have allergies etc.) Overall would highly recommend- great safe location and easy to get around or just have a laid back pool day!

Perfect family home

We had three generations with perfect accommodations for everyone. The open plan in living area was great for all of us. Dining options and comfortable seating for everyone. Kitchen was amazing. Bedrooms very comfortable. Outdoor area is a wonderland of pool, pool toys, and putting green and other games. Can’t say enough about the property and the very hospitable hosts who were available to answer questions . Patti & Hoy McConnell

Wonderful Stay

My wife and I are a bit fussy but must admit that this home was absolutely wonderful for our family. It was spacious, clean, and in perfect working order with Kyle being a fabulous host answering all my questions within minutes. My wife is handicapped and uses a walker but could easily get around with portable ramps available to eliminate any steps to and from the house and backyard. Although outdoor temperatures were rather cold during our stay the pool was kept at a balmy 85 degrees allowing us to enjoy swimming at all hours. We will be coming back as this was an outstanding 5 star experience!

Lovely relaxing weekend getaway

My friends and I had the most lovely stay at this property. The home was clean and welcoming and the hosts could not have been more professional and helpful. We let them know that the coffee maker seemed to be broken (or user error) and they sent over a new one that day so we didn’t have to go caffeine-free :). So above and beyond. The pool was perfect and we didn’t want to ever leave! I also reached out to the hosts prior to check on kitchen equipment status and they were incredibly communicative! We grilled, cooked, and lounged all weekend and it was perfect! Thank you, K & M!

Graduation getaway

Michelle & Kyle were an exceptional host, making our family getaway nothing short of magical! From the outset, their communication was exemplary; they responded swiftly to all our queries, ensuring a smooth experience. The property itself was a dream, perfectly accommodating our family's needs. The highlight was undoubtedly the backyard; an oasis with a pristine swimming pool and a variety of fun activities that kept the kids delighted for hours. Inside, the house was immaculate, stylishly furnished, and equipped with all the modern conveniences one could wish for. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to local attractions while providing a tranquil retreat. Michelle & Kyle’s thoughtful touches, like a guidebook with local tips and welcome items, made us feel especially welcome. When we plan our next visit to Arizona, without a doubt, we'll be staying at their place again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-tier vacation experience!

Wonderful Scottsdale Stay

We had a wonderful stay at Michelle and Kyle's home. We were in town from Chicago for a family celebration at the northern end of Scottsdale. The location of this house was perfect for us. We had seven adults staying at the house and it worked out great. Two of the adults were 90+ years old. The main entry doors, and doors to the pool deck were perfect for getting handicap walkers in and out of. Including the small ramps at each doorway. The open floor plan was great for them to get around but also for all of us to gather. The whole backyard and pool area was awesome. Especially loved the pool and the cabana area. We spent a lot of time out there despite the +100° heat. The house is very well equipped for just an adult group, or likewise if there are children in the group. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes and glasses. There were a lot of regular bath towels, plus swim towels available. The location was great for shops and restaurants. Approx. 25 from the airport. Kyle did a great job staying in touch with us to make sure everything was going well. Really loved the welcome snacks and water. We were extremely happy with our stay!

Great experience!

We’ve stayed in the area multiple times over the last few years and always did vacation rentals. Overall the stay was amazing! We had our pups with us and felt so welcome and comfortable. Lots of games, nice open layout. Very large yard compared to the last 3 places we stayed in. Highly recommend!!
