Welcome to Beyond Expectations! This beautiful 2-story, 2,100 sqft, 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath cabin is the perfect place to base your getaway. Beyond Expectations has parking for 2 vehicles, an open movie loft area, a hot tub and a spacious deck area where guest can gather! Beyond Expectations is located in the Smoky Cove Resort in Wear’s Valley just minutes from action packed Pigeon Forge!

Main Level:
Entry level of this cabin features the living, kitchen, and dining area, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. Cozy up to the electric fireplace, and watch your favorite TV show on the flat screen HDTV in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen with all stainless appliances makes meal time a breeze. With the bar-top area providing seating for 3 and the dining table seating 6 people comfortably there's plenty of room for everyone. Just off the kitchen you will find a washer and dryer for added convenience.

Retire to either of the 2 King bedrooms with HDTV's. One bedroom boasts a private attached bathroom with jacuzzi tub! The last bedroom has a Queen bed and HDTV with a shared hall bathroom (tub/shower).

Step out onto the deck and enjoy a cook-out on the gas grill or relax in the soothing private hot tub.

Upper Level:
Travel upstairs to find an open loft featuring a Full Bunk Bed, Twin daybed, movie area, and a half bath. Be sure to grab the snacks and a seat in the reclining futon style chair for relaxing movie night.

After a long day out, relax in the chairs on the spacious deck area to the side of the cabin with string lights, sharing wonderful stories and making memories...

The cabin was very nice. Definitely bring more TP and laundry supplies, if you’re going to use the laundry facilities. The hot tub was not cleaned, so didn’t use it. The cabin was advertised that it sleeps 11. However, there’s only parking for 2 vehicles. That was a problem.

Perfect cabin for a small family get away

Short Getaway

Fantastic time at our cabin for a short 4 day trip with family. Spacious and clean, located in a perfect location. Kids enjoyed the pool, and the loft area to separate from the adults! We ended up not using the hot tub due to time constraints. Bedrooms were comfortable and cozy. Plenty of blankets. Communication was easy and on point. Thanks for being a wonderful host!

Unacceptable

This trip was for a child on hospice care to enjoy time with family. Instead, could never get comfortable because the HVAC didn’t work from night 1 and was not repaired over 5 day period. Add that to the fact the hot tub didn’t work and they were also notified day 1 of it and this was never fixed. So what was to be a time for family to enjoy each other for the last time, ended up being not much enjoyment

Spray for bugs, that s&!% stung!!

Construction of new cabins beside us and across the street woke us up early every morning, and we were unaware of any construcion prior to booking. There were small skinny black bugs with wings that were in the bed that stung my husband every night, my sister the first night and me on the last night. It continued to sting for 30 minutes. I don't know what they were but would suggest that they spray for them. Found dirty socks in one of the made beds and on the floor in the loft and an old Co tact lense on the bathroom counter.

More space than the pictures show

We stayed for a long weekend to go to Dollywood. The cabin was in a good spot. I think it took us about 7 or 8 mins to get to Dollywood. The check in and check out process was easy, just info by text. We received our code to check in 2 hours early. The cabin was more roomy than we expected so that was nice. This is a great cabin for a short stay. If it were a longer stay it would depend on what you’re doing, how many people you have with you and what your standards are on cleanliness if this would be a good cabin for your group. There are no fun things for kids like game room, the hot tub is smaller and older and would be four adults max and you better be ok being close to each other. The cabin was decently clean. All the basics were taken care of. I didn’t feel like I couldn't stay there. They could better on the details. Like the shower curtain had mold on the liner. Easy changes like that make a big difference. The grass needed to be cut and the shrubs were definitely over grown. The outside definitely felt like an afterthought. Overall if you are not looking for a fresh new cabin with a lot of amenities and you just want to stay some where nice, in a good location for a fair price this is a great choice. I would stay here again for a short weekend.

Great Cabin

Good location and perfect size for our family. Overall, the cabin was welcoming and clean on the inside, however the porches and outside railings could’ve stood a good sweeping or at least blowing off. Sawdust from the construction, along with seasonal pollen we’re collected all around the front porch and doorway, all over the back porch, grill, and rocking chairs. Understandable that it’s a mountain cabin, but the porches and furniture should be included with the cleaning service. Overall we enjoyed our stay but had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning in order to enjoy the porches.

Enjoyed our stay

The cabin itself was great and perfect for our needs. I was disappointed, that through VRBO I thought I was booking from an individual and turned out to be a rental agency handling it. I had to drive out of the way to get the code instead of remote check in. (this was due to late booking on my part- but still inconvenient). Great location - close to everything at Pigeon Forge. This cabin is surrounded by new construction so I didn't like how we were awaken early on a Saturday morning (7:30 am) by workers banging on the houses. Even through all this, the stay was pleasant for our purpose.

Uponw arrival we were immediately greeted with overgrown weeds in the landscaping and cobwebs all around the entrance. The home was as listed in a perfect location to where our intended wedding venue was and had the listed amenities. The issue was the overall cleanliness of the property. The house was covered in dust and cobwebs. There was a marijuana joint on the master bedroom dresser as well as marijuana on the living room end table. The windows were dirty and the window seals were covered in dead bugs. The guest bathroom had a seat marker showing cleaned but the toilet was dirty. The couch in there is off-white and very dated and dirty. Remotes for both guest bedroom tv’s downstairs were unable to be located. An attempt to communicate with property management was made with a promise for a return call but never received it. Cleaning staff to clean “cobwebs” showed up in the middle of our stay at the cabin but only stayed briefly to remove the marijuana as they agreed it needed a “deeper” cleaning. Overall, due to the cleanliness and lack of communication, we would avoid this specific property management in the future. The cabin unfortunately just looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in some time. Lastly, be warned there are Arlo cameras all around the property including one that is pointed right at the hot tub.

We apologize for the bad experience you had during your stay. The owners have been at the property taking care of everything and we have made changes to our housekeeping. As far as the cameras, this owner purchased the cabin with the cameras there, but the one at the hot tub is not active and we are going to remove that one and apologize for it making you uncomfortable. We appreciate your feedback and hope you will visit the Smokies again.
