Experience Gulf Front living at its best. This totally renovated, penthouse condo features a custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances, custom bathrooms,
Granite countertops, walk-in shower in the master bath, new tile throughout, new washer/ dryer and furnishings.

Flat screen TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.
Enjoy the luxury of high end modern decor coupled with the best ocean views and beach access Madeira Beach offers. This condo is truly one of a kind!

Also added, are very nice flat screen TVs and a new washer/dryer as well as new bedding throughout.

The kitchen is equipped with updated appliances and cabinets filled with dishes, cookware and utensils. Bed linens and bath towels are provided for up to 8 guests in the condo.

Come and enjoy the beautiful beach and the attractions which include John's Pass Village and Boardwalk with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, fishing charters directly across the street from our condos, via a protected crosswalk. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your personal use.

There are 2 assigned parking spots available for this unit.

Views of the Gulf of Mexico are endless when you're way up here!

The place was great.It was in the best location. Beautiful view of the sunset. My dad, who, is who is a vietnam veteran, had a wonderful time. But the need to fix the ice maker.

Check-in was kind of confusing and we had trouble trying to unlock the door. I called the number listed and I was doing what the lady said, but it still wasn't working. She did have someone else call, but I was able to finally get it unlocked after doing a little jig and holding my tongue just right. It never worked the same every time. The condo looked fairly clean, although the bathroom toilet needed to be cleaned. The dryer tried to self destruct and ruined a couple of pieces of clothing. This was a very busy area with lots of condos so the beach was pretty crowded. That is just an observation. The proximity to restaurants and shops was very close so it was nice not having to drive to those things.

Room was full beach view with a great location to shops and multiple local restaurants. As for cleanliness, it was clean but could have gotten a little extra attention. The sheets where washed and crisp but had a few stains as did the exra pillows so I would probably just replace sheets and pillows more often. We also didn't have extra pillow cases so I bought a set and left them behind (hopefully they stay for others who need them). Check in and check out were easy as I just emailed my contact letting them know we got into the condo and when leaving as well. I always felt any and all communication was handled in a timely manner and was most often almost immediate. I would definitely book again.Thank you!

We actually got stayed in 311. Location of this condo is excellent. This was a girls trip for 8 of us and it was quite spacious for all of us. Beds were all comfortable. The condo was clean, although the carpet could use a good shampoo or be changed out. Also, could have used better paper products (TP and paper towels) and it was not as well stocked as other VRBO's we've stayed in.

Clean place, all the amenities were perfect for our needs, right on the beach and super close walk to Johns pass village and boardwalk! Everything you would want in a great vacation rental.

Great beach getaway

Location was wonderful right on the beach and across from dining/shopping fun. Condo is very spacious with comfy beds and furnishings. It was very crowded on the weekend as it is right next to public beach access but overall we had an awesome time.

The location was excellent, however the apartment was filthy. We were a group of 8. We could feel the dirt under our feet. Crockery was broken or chipped. Photo sent to letting agent but no response. Towels in 1 bedroom were stained and bedding inside out in another. While location was excellent we would never recommend this property. We stayed in Holiday Villas II last year which was excellent despite being a bit further away. This property should be avoided.
