Spruce Cabin Queen Ensuite with Shower

This beautiful cabin features a comfy queen bed with handmade quilt, queen size futon, private bath with shower and smart TV. Kitchenette includes microwave, sink, mini fridge, toaster, Keurig coffee maker with coffee/tea service and electric kettle. Kitchenette also includes dishes, silverware, coffee mugs, glasses and wine glasses. Private parking in front of each cabin.

The beautiful Birch, Spruce and Willow Cabins are tucked away at the base of a small hill and feature a living space as well as a spacious front porch. Our cabins are situated in a secluded, peaceful birch and spruce boreal forest.
These virtually identical, one-room cabins feature comfy feather topped Queen beds with handmade quilts, silky soft sheets and Alaskan decor. There is also a full-sized futon bed to accommodate children or an additional adult or two.
The kitchenette offers a small refrigerator, sink, Keurig, electric kettle, toaster, dishes and utensils. The private bath includes a large, custom tiled shower and heated towel bars for the fluffy towels. Each has a Smart TV and Wi-Fi.

Cabin was quiet, clean. and comfortable and, for us, was in a great location.

Stayed two nights. Our opinion: Cabin was clean, quiet and comfortable. Good lighting and lots of windows. Liked the high ceiling & wooden beams. Great location - easy access by car to Talkeetna and its many shops, restaurants, and activities. Good bathroom area and comfortable bed. Cabin provided all the things we needed - coffee machine, microwave, frig, ceiling fan, shampoo, etc.- for a comfortable stay. The fresh banana bread provided by owners was much appreciated. Would stay here again.

Cabin was immaculate! Very comfortable beds. Decorated tastefully...Alaskan in a modern up to date way. I don't care for real rustic, when it's just a fancy word for rundown 😉 This is the perfect place to experience nature at its best. Enjoyed my early morning coffee at the little table on the porch...totally serene! I must mention that our host recommended a few beautiful spots to visit to enhance our stay..added bonus!

Loved the Spruce cabin! The location was about 4 miles from Talkeetna in a quiet wooded area. There are 2 other cabins near by but they were not occupied while we were there. The cabin was clean, & comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was nice to have a space heater for the bathroom. The banana bread provided by our host was very good too. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved both the rustic, woodsy character and prime location of our cozy cabin!

We loved the quiet, woodsy setting of the cabin and its proximity to downtown Talkeetna. While charming and rustic on the outside, it was clean and modern inside, with plenty of space for two people. The hosts communicated clearly and promptly with us, but gave us privacy. The complimentary banana bread was a sweet and unexpected touch. We would definitely stay again!

The chalet was a perfect stay over for our visit to Talkeetna on our way to Denali. Check in was simple, the cabin was clean and comfortable with nice touches like the homemade banana bread with coffee and tea. Would recommend to others!

We loved our stay at the Spruce Cabin!

The cabin is nicely nestled on a quiet road off the Spur Road, yet is very close to the X, Y, Z trails, the Denali Brewery, as well as downtown Talkeetna. The cabin is very clean, had all the basics, and was very peaceful. We had a really lovely stay.

Well done

This property was by far the best appointed of any that we stayed in while in Alaska. Everything was done top shelf. We appreciated the owner's attention to detail. Very close to Talkeetna and all it has to offer. I'd definitely stay here again.

BEST stay of the trip !

Wonderful The Spruce Cabin was everything we were looking for. It was Quaint, Quit, and Very Relaxing. After driving up to Alaska from Montana the standard motels just weren't getting the job done, but as soon as we walked into your cabin, we felt the relaxing atmosphere we had been looking for for days.

This is a comfortable, peaceful, friendly and enjoyable cabin to get to stay in! A definite return!

We came to visit family and friends and the cabin exceeded our expectations. The cabin had everything we needed and was a pleasure to stay in. This is a quite and very relaxing place to be able to enjoy time with family, friends or just be by yourself drinking coffee in the early morning or sip a cold drink in the evening.

Welcome to the Chalet in beautiful Talkeetna, Alaska. David and I purchased the Talkeetna Chalet in January 2021. We are retiring and ready for a new adventure! After raising our family on the North Shore of Oahu for the last 28 years we decided to move from one paradise to another. We discovered Talkeetna four years ago and we immediately fell in love with the quaint eclectic small-town vibe. We knew we had found our “new” home. We are so excited to create new memories here with our children and grandchildren.
