While you may be driving this 15-mile, scenic route to visit the many glacial lakes and streams in the summer for hiking, horseback riding, trout fishing, and boating, the entire area transforms in the fall when the lower hillsides of the surrounding mountains and the shorelines come alive with vibrant colors. During the winter months, pack up your skis and your snowboards and head over to the June Mountain Ski Area just two miles away, where kids 12 and under are always free! And for shopping and dining throughout the year, take a drive into the friendly community of June Lake only three miles from your front door.

My wife, two young sons and I had a wonderful stay on a skiing trip here.  Plenty of room, wide-open kitchen area with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals and clean up afterward.  Washer and dryer, two baths, comfortable area to get in front of the TV (there's also a DVD player), big dining table, high vaulted wooden ceiling in dining/living room and wooden floors.  Very clean and in great condition.

Our family of 4 (with two young boys) had a wonderful time.  The boys loved the bunk beds and we loved watching them play in the snow through the gorgeous, 2-story windows while we got a chance to catch our breath and relax inside.  Super-close to slopes and town.  Would definitely return!

An airy, spacious house with a nice new kitchen and bathrooms.  Lots of space for relaxing and resting.  Beds are comfortable.  A perfect spot to stay in for a visit.  Only thing was there was no wi-fi, which I hope they provide in the future.
