This prestigious The Village community is very residential close to Disney World.

This property also features a Private Pool with plenty of space for relaxing and BBQ on site.

This property is about 20 minutes to the major theme parks at Disney, Universal, Seaworld and shopping outlets.

Beautiful house, very comfortable!!

The house was so clean, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could want to cook a very good meal. Only downside was the bathtub was out of order and it wasn’t mentioned in the listing, was very disappointed. The pool was not clean but the owners quickly remedied this and had the pool cleaner come out the next morning. Would definitely stay here again when we are in town next.

No heat in pool that's the name

The place was very nice the couches were all busted up and very uncomfortable to sit on . We rented it specifically for the swimming pool so we could swim but in February it was not heated we asked for them to turn the heat on and they would not

When we walked in the cleaning lady was sitting on the floor playing on her phone. The bedroom carpeting was filthy. Contacted the host, they sent out a rug cleaning service the next day. Furniture was broken. Kitchen floors were so dirty that we went out and bought cleaning supplies. It took five tries to get it clean. Shower liners had mildew in each of the bathrooms. We went out and purchased new liners for the three showers. We would recommend that the owners check on the house each and every time before rented. Very disappointed!

Property itself is fine, management is a nighmare

I cannot emphasize how strongly I would recommend against booking any property with Vacation USA. The property itself was in fine condition, nothing special but nothing wrong with it. However, upon checkout Vacation USA charged my group hundreds of dollars in damages/fees for frivolous reasons and when pressed upon it provided me with edited leasing agreements I did not sign to justify the charges. They were unresponsive, blatantly violated VRBO policy, and when I opened a dispute with my card, even went so far to provide me with faked receipts claiming I would receive a refund soon to get me to deescalate the transaction with my credit card. I finally received a chargeback months later, no thanks to Vacation USA and their shady business practices. Look elsewhere for rentals.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. According to our records there was a massive party with young people in the house. We have documented videos and pictures from CCTV camera. Neighbors called the cops due to very loud noises and disturbances in the neighborhood. We are afraid this review is not truth or fair at all. The house was left in very bad condition. AVOID THIS COMPANY

First let me say that this is NOT VRBO’s fault. This is the company that owns this property’s fault.The home was superficially cleaned when we arrived. The furniture is very beat up and stained. The beds are absolutely uncomfortable. None of my family members got a good night sleep while we were staying at this property. They only provided 6 bath towels for an 8 person house. We had to purchase our own towels to make up for the lack of towels. They do not provide toilet paper or paper towels. The property is not well kept. The pool has damage and the home has several problems. They don't have proper smoke detectors or a fire extinguisher either. The owner tried to tell me that it was an upgrade from the original property that we rented. It was an actual down grade according to the pictures on VRBO. If you don’t mind a worn down property with crap furniture and horrible beds to sleep in, this property is for you. If you expect to have a great experience, this property is NOT for you. I would post pictures, but unfortunately they don’t provide a place for you to do that.

Great place and great location

My family had an awesome time in this home, the place is comfortable, spacious and has plenty of amenities. We loved the pool and the fact that they allowed us to bring our dog (since he’s part of the family)! 10/10 would stay again and 10/10 would recommend, perfect for a Disney/ sea world trip!!

Disappointed

House is on a zero lot, between the loud neighbor pool pump that sits right outside what is the front door and is on all night and seeing everytime the neighbors came in and out of their house, spending time in the house or small pool area was not pleasant. Little items, like no dish soap, hand soap or basic condiments was annoying but also large items like broken recliners, missing blinds and moldy shower curtains was very disappointing. Property definitely needs attention. Not worth the money spent.
