Great accommodation!

Had a great stay here with family which wasnt too far from disney! Would highly reccomend and would definitley stay here again!

House interior is getting slightly dated but everything was clean and nice which is more important to us. Pool was great, heat kept the it nice and warm despite a few cold weather days/night. privacy was awesome. Quiet neighborhood. Food and stores not far away. Not far from highways. Had some sand toys, pool toys, ponchos, stroller, and high chair that was super awesome for my stay with my young children. Had some WiFi problems but was resolved quickly over the phone. Overall, great place to stay, perfect for my wife and I plus our two little kids and baby.

A Great Stay for the week!

The house and its location met our needs as we were in town for a college baseball tournament. Could get to our locations easily from the house. It was very clean and all amenities were ready for the week. Quiet neighborhood to relax by pool for a couple of days too!

My family loved this beautiful home. The house was perfect for the 4 of us and could add 2 more. It was close to all the major attractions in Orlando. The pool was big but was a little dirty. My kids still enjoyed it. The only thing was not knowing there was a hefty deposit before i booked and paid for it. I had to take it out of what little money i had saved for the trip. If i havent of had money for the deposit i wouldnt of been able to get my refund back either. Even though we was tight money we made the best of our trip.

Quiet neighborhood and clean home

I’ve rented several houses in the area. I’ve already booked this one again for next year because we were so pleased with it. The house backs up to a nature preserve so it is very quiet and the pool is fenced in for privacy. We went for nightly walks and spoke with neighbors, who were all kind. The house had everything we needed for our week and was close to both the Disney attractions as well as Legoland so we were happy with that. In all, we look forward to our next visit there.

Disney trip

We enjoyed having the pool and we had it heated. Only 1 of the bedrooms had a TV. It would have been nice for the kids to have TVs in there rooms.The beds were not to our liking but i understand you cant please everyone. It took us about 30 to 40 minutes to get to Disney in traffic. We enjoyed the area.

Memorial weekend

The biggest selling point was the pool for my kids. The master bedroom sheets were old and had lint balls that felt abrasive to the touch so we had to change the sheets. We killed about 7 cockroaches, the largest being about 2", so something needs to be done immediately. Other than that all was well

Disappointed

I had high hopes for this vacation home based on the reviews I read, but unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed the blinds were broken. This makes me nervous on not getting my security deposit back. The master bathroom shower was not as clean as I would have expected — it clearly needed more attention before our stay. Additionally, the water had an unpleasant smell, which was quite off-putting and made basic tasks like showering. After waking up in the sheets and my hair smelled bad.While the property has potential and some nice features, the lack of attention to these important details really impacted our stay. I hope the owners take this feedback seriously and address these issues for future guests, as the location and layout do have promise.

Villa mit Pool

Das Haus ist sehr schön.Leider ist nur wenig Inventar da, wenig Teelöffel, keine küchentücher zum abwischen oder abtrocknen. Leider musste man alle Reste wegwerfen, z. B. Salz Zucker, somit war auch nichts da.Kenne ich von anderen Häusern anders, schade.

I would’ve given it a higher rating, BUT…

The property would rate higher than the three stars I gave it, if it weren’t for their pest control missing enough visits that for three nights we encountered baby cockroaches, twice on the kitchen counters, once in a bathroom. Also, it would’ve been nice to know we had to ask for in advance, and pay extra, for their hooking up the pool’s heater. As a result, it starting to cool a bit at night now, the water was too cold in the evenings when we returned to the house to be comfortable. The pool remained unused by us.

Enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed this property and it had everything needed. A few things I would fix/replace 1-shower in master bath needs fixing. Bottom row of tiles has separated and will lead to more issues if not fixed! 2-Replace mattress in 2nd bedroom. Very old and uncomfortable as you can feel the springs 3-where tile meets carpet little nails? Sticking out a trim piece should be placed as someone is bound to get hurt. 4-Drains in master shower, main bath sink and tub had/have draining issues. I was able to plunge the master shower and fixed the drain issue but not main bath both very slow to drain All in all nothing mentioned above hindered our vacation and I would stay at this property again. We all enjoyed the pool and home

Review

Hello, I couldn't figure out how to work the locks on the front door at first but I was able to contact someone and get help immediately. The first night my wife sae roaches crawling around in kitchen and under cabinet, someone did come out the next day and spray, patio blinds are horrible they are bent up and falling off, other than that it was ok.

Very dissatisfied

The kitchen had roaches. I told management as soon as i could contact them that i didn’t want to stay and wanted a refund. The only option offered was to treat the place which barely helped.

Great

Me and my family really enjoyed this house. Great area to be in near everything you need grocery stores ,convenience stores, gas stations, shopping centers and all the main attraction places only a few minute drive. We had a ball in the pool. Nice clean house and pool deck area. They have all the dishes ,pots and pans that you would need. I will be getting this house again soon 😊. It was a good birthday surprise for my 8 yr old and she love the pool .

Not bad, just needed a few improvements

The place was clean, communication was great. The beds in two of the three rooms were dated and awfully uncomfortable. Some adults opted to sleep on couch instead. Not enough towels for thw 5 of us. More in closet but said not to use. We also had to go buy toilet paper on 2nd day of 5 with small amount that was on rolls in both bathrooms.

Nice!

Very nice house. Furnishings could be updated a bit (the pictures are very accurate) but it was very private. The pool area was wonderfully secluded with a privacy fence and lots of trees behind the property. The house was easy to find and lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and a toaster and such. It would have been nice however to have some staple condiments on hand. Things that last like ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper and such. I’d also like to mention that there was no spare toilet paper, just one roll in each bathroom. There should have been more in the house in case we needed it. We ran out on the day we left. All in all, nice little place and we had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent again.
