Introducing this one of a kind mountain home, the perfect location for your dream retreat to Mammoth Lakes, sitting right on the creek! Over 2,700 square feet this large floorplan features 2 bedrooms + loft and 3 full bathrooms. Endless private amenities such as a loft with fooseball table, 1-car garage, laundry room with private washer and dryer, private deck with gas BBQ grill. Relax and enjoy entertaining on the main level living room with cozy wood-burning fireplace and large comfortable sectional, Smart TV with Apple TV and streaming apps (no cable), and open concept kitchen with large island perfect for serving up those vacation cocktails. Cook like a gourmet chef in the completely stocked kitchen and enjoy family dining. The master bedroom on the main level features a King bed, Smart TV, large private bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, and access to the main deck. The second bedroom features a Queen bed, flatscreen TV and private bathroom as well. The loft upstairs is perfect for the kids with a comfy couch to hang out on that also turns into a Queen sleeper sofabed, Smart TV, foosball table, bunk bed with a Twin on the top and Double on the bottom, and a Twin trundle bed underneath. This home has a 1-car garage and driveway that can accommodate 1 vehicles, with additional guest parking across the street. The Lodges at Snowcreek is one of the most sought after communities in Mammoth and without a doubt the best place for your dream mountain retreat. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This home sleeps a maximum of 8 people, is non-smoking, pets to be approved (please contact our office) and has wireless internet throughout. This was a beautiful, spacious, well kept rental along the beautiful scenic mammoth golf course. We loved everything about it. Even though they allow pets, it was spotless and clean. I only docked one point for ease of check in because you have to go to the mammoth property office to pick up keys instead of keyless entry. Regardless, we will be staying again soon. Thank you!

Wonderful Mammoth home

We enjoyed our stay - house was exactly as described and pictured - spacious, clean, small/quiet neighborhood, great location. We had a family of 5 adults, it was perfect. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier. Highly recommend!

Extremely well maintained and clean with attached garage, and a laundry room off the kitchen. The loft was bigger than we anticipated, and plenty of room for kids to hang out. Fireplace was set up and easy to use. Well worth the expense and would definitely stay here again. We have been to Mammoth several times in winter and summer. This is the nicest place we have stayed. Problems: we could not get the oven to turn on, and front door lock was extremely hard to open. We had to enter through the garage. Hopefully both these problems will be fixed soon.

A well appointed home that shows it is cared for. Close enough to everything, but far enough to enjoy the outdoors. Selfishly would love to be lowkey about it, but that would be unfair to the owners that have shared their special place.

Gorgeous Rental for Annual Fishing Trip

We had issue with one of the bathrooms but it was quickly fixed by the maintenance staff. Everyone had wonderful time.

We love staying in the Snowcreek area. This was our first time staying in Snowcreek VI and found it quiet, well maintained and within walking distance to the Snowcreek Athletic Club, playground, meadow and shopping. It was nice having the garage to store items that you don't want inside but parking in it was to tight for a medium size SUV. There was plenty of guest parking across the street so we just parked there. This rental included full access to the athletic club which we all used and enjoyed. This Home is lovely, has many kitchen gadgets, plus some spices, and the washer and dryer is a must for me. My only disappointments were that the community Jacuzzi was dug up which meant we had to trek over to the athletic club to use theirs and the pots and pans were all teflon and so scratched up they were not safe to use. We had to ask our son to bring replacements to use.

The parents get their own room and bathroom and the kids enjoy their space upstairs. We also bring our two small dogs with us so it's nice that it is dog friendly! We will be back. We always have a wonderful stay at this rental! Big Mahalo!

Great family place!

We had a great stay. House was perfect for our family of 5. We parked in guest parking because garage had mtn bikes in it and there was not room for our SUV. It was right across the street so it was super easy. Great neighborhood!

Loved the access to year round spa right on the same street as this home and the very open and inviting floorplan. Home is exactly as shown on the listing. Only downside was size of the garage and the owners belongings in it that didn’t allow for our Hummer H2 to fit into the space so we had to park outside but otherwise fantastic experience!

All the necessity supplies and amenities were well thought out and included in our stay. The location was beautiful, with a backdrop of the beautiful mountains and felt very private , yet still a close drive near the restaurants and stores . The home was very immaculate and clean. And Mammoth Reservations were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We would love to stay here again at our next trip to Mammoth. Thank you!
