Small but quaint cabin. Cabin is located on the weedy side of the lake which is great for fishing, but not for swimming. Ground bees were a bit of a nuisance, bought spray which improved things but not entirely.

Fabulous Get Away

Well maintained and updated. The location on Lake Nokomis and just off of county L is prime. Very easy check in and check out process. Would book here again.

Beautiful Place on Lake

Truly a great place. Loved the decor and the outside fireplace/set-up. Just an FYI to guests: No toiletries (i.e. soap, shampoo, day 1 coffee, etc). But once you load up - place is awesome.

Wonderful cabin off Lake Nokomis

We were in town for a family weekend and opted to stay at this cabin instead of a hotel. We are so glad we did. It was a great location for us, very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, and lots of restaurant options within a half hour drive. Quiet area, nice neighbors, and beautiful view of the lake. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had and easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Had our young adult kids with us, but could see this being a great place for small kids as well. We LOVED all the games that are at the cabin - a nice added touch we enjoyed.

Great cabin, central location, would recommend!

We loved this cabin. Very spacious. Comfortable beds, extra pillows / blankets. Wifi was strong and reliable, even sitting outside on the patio. I loved drinking my coffee outside, overlooking the lake, listening to the birds. Appreciated the code lock door, no need to look for or keep track of a key. Check out was easy. There is electricity out on the patio, and down by the lake, which was great. Of note, there are steps ( about 20?) to walk down to the lake. Could be difficult if someone has mobility issues. We stayed here in July and hiked near Rhinelander, Tomahawk, and Wausau. My husband caught a few fish out on the lake, including bass and a northern, and a sunfish off the dock. We spent a day at Buck Lake beach. Nice cool, clear water, changing rooms, bathrooms on site, etc. It's a county park ( no fees ) that also has hiking trails. The owner was responsive to our questions. Great place to stay. We'd love to come back in Autumn sometime. I imagine the fall colors are amazing there.

Tomahawk stay

We had a fabulous time at this comfortable and very scenic place. We enjoyed canoeing, kayaking and sitting by the out door fireplace surrounded by the beautiful Fall colors. The kitchen has everything you need and the beds were very comfortable. We look forward to staying there again.

Ultimate Relaxation

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this cozy and updated property on Lake Nokomis. The house itself is beautiful inside with recent updates that bring a clean, fresh feeling with the perfect amount of Northwoods Lake vibe to go with it! We were fortunate to hit the fall color perfectly and enjoyed the hospitality of several local, very close bars and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this property!

True to listing-beautiful, clean, and cozy cabin!

We absolutely loved our time at this cabin! It is extremely clean; beautifully decorated, cozy, and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything one might possibly need during their stay! We enjoyed the patio with the fire pit, and we spent as much time on the lake as weather permitted (rented a pontoon). This, by far, was our best cabin rental experience. We hope to visit again in the future!

Cozy Cabin

Overall great property and experience - would stay again! Cozy cabin decor with ample space for many guests. Gorgeous views of the lake from the kitchen, dining, living and primary bedroom. Convenient to several restaurants and quick drive into Tomahawk’s quaint downtown. The only disappointment was that the walkway from the driveway to the cabin was a little icy and while there was a shovel (which we did use) there wasn’t any salt to throw down. I wouldn’t have minded as much had there not been 2 elderly members of our party. However, this didn’t detract from our fun and relaxing weekend getaway.

Beautiful Lakeside Cabin

Super cozy, very updated, and extremely clean. We came to cross-country ski and it was the perfect place to return to and relax after a great day out on the trails!

This is a gorgeous property on a beautiful lake. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything we needed in a place with a comfortable atmosphere and classy decor. We were very happy with our stay and would love to return!
