Roomy, modern, well-apportioned condo within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer! Very comfortable accommodations for 3 couples and 2 adult children. Excellent communication by the property manager... a 5 star!

This is a clean and spacious condo in a great location. The twin bed up in the loft is a trundle, so sleeps two people and someone could easily sleep on the couch in the loft too. Condo had everything we needed for a great stay and the management company was very responsive. We had the best stay and would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The facility was very adequate..but the air had been set very high so it was really HOT when we arrived. I was disappointed that there was not a rack to help get our suitcases and food up to our room..that meant many trips. I called about the floor fan and was told to try plugging it in someplace else..which I had already tried . It never worked for the entire week and the air never could keep up..The loft was really warm..so no one wanted to be up there. The lock system changing in the middle of the week was very confusing since it was changed before we had been notified. Thank you for asking about the visit.. other than this the week was great..

We apologize for the high temperature in the unit upon your arrival, and we will make sure to communicate this to our team to ensure that the temperature is set to a comfortable level for our guests. We also apologize for the lack of a luggage rack, and we will take this into consideration for future improvements. Regarding the floor fan, we apologize for the inconvenience and would have been happy to provide a replacement if we had known it wasn't working. We must clarify that the building access was changed by the building manager, and we sent you a text message to notify you of this change as soon as we were aware. Since we wanted to provide you with detailed instructions on exactly how to use the access app, we had a team member utilize that new access system within an hour of being notified so that we had first-hand experience to be able to call you and walk you through the process step-by-step. Our team member was also able to give members of your party access to the building at that time. We sincerely apologize for the confusion caused by the abrupt change. We're glad to hear that despite these issues, the week was great overall. Thank you for choosing Grand Landing 309 for your vacation!

Long weekend stay

Great location relative to Grand Haven City Beach! Only 7 minute drive. Being located above retail & near street; there was a lot of road noise. We bought a box fan to drown out noise to help us sleep. Bring extra pillows & blankets too! Mattress was fair. They provided plenty of towels (beach towels too)& toilet tissue. Plenty of dishes & flatware. Toaster & coffee maker very basic. But, there’s a Biggby Coffee shop in the parking lot. They had 2 beach chairs for use too.

Great Place for Our Group

We had a wonderful time in Grand Haven and at this property. We did have some trouble with a bed with no linens, but that was resolved via a call to the property management company. Some of the chairs were broken by a previous tenant (and noted in the laundry area) so some of us had to eat on very high seats or on our coolers. Even so, we will stay here again! We attended Walk the Beat and celebrated a wedding anniversary with friends we've known for over 50 years. Thank you for helping to make our trip memorable, happy, and fulfilling.

Tulip Festival Weekend

Beautiful condo - fantastic location

It was a great condo for a stay with my family of 4 and my sister's family of 3. We were all comfortable and had a great stay in this spacious condo. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again if we are in Grand Haven for another stay.
