INSIDE
The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and has an open floor plan with a living room and dining area. A master bedroom is down the hallway to the left and has a Queen bed and en suite master bath with a tub/shower combination.

Down the hallway to the right are two guest bedrooms both with Queen beds. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combination is conveniently located just outside the hall.

Upstairs you will find a spacious loft area with an additional Twin daybed trundle. There is plenty of sleeping space in this condo.

OUTSIDE
Enjoy an evening taking in a sunset on the private balcony or a nice walk downtown for dinner.

PARKING
Parking is available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

SLEEPING
This home sleeps 8. All bed linens and bath linens are provided.

EATING
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. A standard single-serve coffee pot is provided. The kitchen snack bar has 2 bar stools, the dining table will seat 6.

THE LOCATION
Located in the retail space below the condos are dry cleaners, an ice cream shop, and an upscale restaurant. Just a few feet in either direction is a bakery, coffee shop, and several fast-food restaurants. Conveniently located off US 31 and only minutes by car or a short walk to downtown Grand Haven, there is plenty to do with parks, marinas, beaches, shopping, and restaurants nearby. Take a walk on the boardwalk along the channel out to the Grand Haven Lighthouse and make sure you schedule a day to spend at the beach, playing in the sand and splashing in the waves-you will love the beautiful Grand Haven beach!

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, access codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!
