Spend the day at the beach, dine at one of the many local restaurants options , explore the boardwalk and enjoy the wide variety of boutique and retail shops and the downtown social district.

INSIDE
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, coffee station, wine cooler and breakfeast bar. Spread out into the dining area and living space with plenty of comfy seating and flat screen tv. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind on the roomy deck just off the main floor. A primary ensuite bedroom can be found on this floor as well as an additional bedroom with separate full bath.

SLEEPING
Bedroom 1: King bed and full bathroom on the main floor
Bedroom 2: Twin over queen bunk on the main floor
Bedroom 3: Queen bed on the second floor
Bedroom 4: Queen bed on the second floor
Other sleeping areas: Loft with 2 twin beds on the second floor

PARKING
Parking is available in the parking lot on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reduction of nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is locally managed by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide a starter kit of paper products, toiletries, hospitality-grade linens and much more.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need including directions, access codes, and instructions so you'll be ready to rest, relax and rejuvenate!

All BVW Unsalted Vacations rentals follow local and state tax rules. Your reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, and a Damage Protection policy.

"Communication leading up to our rental period was excellent! We were given clear instructions for check-in and the process was smooth. The space was exactly as we expected from the photos. We had 5 young kids who loved the climbing wall and slide. There was plenty of space in the condo for our group of 9. The space was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen! We didn't walk to restaurants or shops, but the condo is within walking distance. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the condo!"
