Very clean and comfortable
The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It is in a great location for ski/ski out and Morton & Furbish was attentive to our needs that arise during the stay. The only thing the condo needed was some hangers in each of the closets. Overall, a great weekend.

We were fortunate enough to be able ski from Thursday to Saturday, and enjoyed our stay at the South Branch Condo's. We found the same place to be clean, cozy and was everything we were expecting. The Team at Morton & Forbish were professional, accommodating and Courteous. We look forward to renting again next years.
Excellent location for skiing but was 10 miles to town.
Was locked out at check in, fireplace wouldn't work and TV cable was broken. All was rectified but a pain in the neck. Housekeeping should make sure everything works (and door is unlocked) before leaving the unit. Beautiful weather and gorgeous leaf peeping!

Nice condo with good ski in/off acces. Small complaint...for the money a sponge and coffee filters should be "standard amenities".
