Overlooking a heated saltwater pool (with working waterslide) and lush green lawns, our spacious lovingly appointed home allows for togetherness and retreat in equal measure. We know 2020 has been a testing year- come put your feet up and just relax.The light filled central living/lounge area and kitchen flows onto the verandah and outdoor entertaining space. A second lounge area features a large screen smart TV, comfy couch and mini-library offering a quiet escape to recharge. Should the nights get a little chilly, or you simply love the ambience of an open fire, both the fireplace and Coonara wood heater are yours to light and enjoy.

Our guests have the option to choose your own bedroom configurations along with the added choice of a home office or kids playroom upon request; we’re committed to ensuring our home suits your holiday needs.

Whilst the house is well loved and exudes 1980's charm, it is fully equipped with the latest media technology including Sonos sound system, two smart TVs, Foxtel, Netflix, Stan, Google Play and Apple TV that are all connected at fast speed to the NBN. When done inside, you can head back out to the pool, waterslide, bbq area, trampoline, or children's sandpit- all enclosed within a high lockable fence to ensure privacy, and safety.

But for the triple garage and pantry (driveway parking available), you’ll have access to enjoy the entire home. Please note, heating and air-conditioning in the main living area only; not bedrooms.

*Please note that we are currently in the process of building a new pool fence and, thus, the current pool fence is a professionally installed temporary fence. Whilst it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing fence, it is compliant with latest Australian Safety Standards. (We have two little ones under 4 years old and feel totally confident with the safety and level of security offered when used as intended.)
