Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re glad you enjoyed the amazing pool and beach, as well as the safe and secure setting at Land's End 11-204 Beach Front. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your frustration with having to switch units and pay an additional $260, especially since the change was due to termite treatment and was outside of your control. Because each unit is individually owned, the rates can vary between properties, but we certainly understand why you felt disappointed by the additional cost. We’re sorry this situation affected your experience, and we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. We’ll be sure to share your feedback with our management team. We hope that, despite this inconvenience, you were able to enjoy your stay and the property itself.

Thank you! We’re so glad you enjoyed the perfect ocean view and hope to welcome you back soon.

Thank you for your review of Land's End 11-204 Beach Front. I’m sorry the balcony was unusable due to ongoing smoking from the unit above, I understand how frustrating that must have been. Our team did speak with the onsite managment during your stay, and I’ve escalated the issue with the association so it can be addressed more firmly going forward. Thank you for your feedback, it is helpful and I have shared this with our property manager and owner for review. We hope to welcome you back.
