These comfortable oceanfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath units are located in a small elevated building with parking underneath. The living-dining area of each unit opens to the oceanfront balcony. Each unit features great ocean views, fully equipped kitchens with all major appliances, washer, dryer, central air and on-site parking. Quick access to the beach from a path at either end of the building. Close to restaurants and shopping completes the package. Some units are NON-SMOKING. Beautiful place. View was terrific! Lots of room for 4 of us. I had everything i needed in the kitchen.

Super September Getaway

We arrived at the conclusion of bike weekend, so the strip was alive with cycles. Weather was outstanding, as was the balcony view from 107. Totally enjoyed our stay, and the location is quiet at the north end away from boardwalk. It is an easy drive down to 13th for a leisurely walk. Our accomodations were just fine. A couple of notes for the beachfront purist. Because this unit is on the end of the building, the master bedroom is not on the beachfront, but on the side. No sunrise view from your bed, in other words. Great to have a pre-assigned parking spot, and it is super easy to walk out to the beach. It was a perfect weekend getaway!

Great Vacation Spot

We loved the property. The location was great and the views of the ocean from the balcony were nice. If you would like a peaceful location away from the boardwalk, check this one out.
