Cool off in the AC while you relax and enjoy the Free WiFi, Flat Screen TV, AND still take in those incredible Ocean City Views....right from the sofa! A large Private Balcony gives Views of the Beach and the Bay making it the place to start and end your day. Outdoor seating makes it an awesome place to wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the Dolphins play! The Sea Watch charges a Registration Fee of $65 Cash or Credit and includes 1 Parking Permit, additional spaces MAY be available upon arrival with an additional fee.. There is a 7’ height maximum to enter the garage..
Outdoor pool is seasonal, Memorial Day to Labor Day. Indoor pool hours available upon request. Amenities are available at the discretion of the building and can not be guaranteed.
Building is 100% Smoke-Free, balconies included.

Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.
