Bella Vista 7 is a gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with accommodations for 8 guest. The house is inside a gated community with 24hr security. As soon as you enter through the door you will feel just as comfortable and safe as being at home. The living room has a sofa bed and is very spacious with comfy couches where you could spend family time, enjoy a nice movie on the smart flat screen tv.

The kitchen is fully equipped everything you might need to cook a nice meal or some snacks. The kitchen table is right by the kitchen and it easily accommodates 6 guest. The bottom part of the home provides a bathroom and washer/dryer combo.

The second top part of the home is where the 3 bedrooms are located. The master room has its own bathroom and shower. The hallway is where the other bathroom would be located. As you walk out on the second floor you will be amazed by the view, there is a beautiful sunny deck where you can enjoy some sun and relaxation. There is a snail staircase right next to the deck and it takes you to the third story. This is where you can make a nice barbecue it provides a charcoal grill and a big table where you can enjoy your food with your loved ones. This part of the home is the best part because you can see the ocean from it.

On the property you could enjoy from the big community pool with its charcoal barbecue area. You can enjoy a community swimming pool and catch a nice tan while cooking a nice barbecue. This area is also where you will find the gym.
