Apartment has been uniquely decorated and renovated, beautifully furnished, and equipped with all the comforts of home. Apartment / Suite is air conditioned, and overlooking our beautiful pool or lushly landscaped gardens.
Fully equipped kitchen. Modern appliance w/above range microwave, full size refrigerator w/ice-makers, coffee maker, tea pot, blender, toaster, pots and pans make home cooking a breeze. Bathroom: Hairdryer, makeup mirror, handheld shower, starter kit of toilet amenities and set of towels supplied.
Pool area: Sheridan Suites offers large heated pool with exterior hot water shower and pool deck area with plenty of lounging and seating capacity. Cozy gazebo and outdoor dining tables. 2 BBQ stations, plenty of sun and shade. Each Suite has chairs and side tables with Pool view.
Smoking is permitted outside only in designated areas.

DEC 2022 Really Great stay!

So this is a really late review due to illness, so apologies! Stayed here with my family and friend in December 2022. I have stayed here a few times before as my father lives in the area. Had a lovely time. As always, the booking process was seamless due to the help and guidance of Diane and her lovely colleague, who were very efficient in answering emails. The place was spotless, roomy and cleaned to perfection. And the area is lovely for trips to the local mall, an easy commute via Uber, or the local bus to the beach. Overall a 5-star stay experience for me. Thank you to Diana and the rest of the team, from the cleaners to the reception staff, who were all very helpful, welcoming and very responsive to any queries would not hesitate to stay here again!

Horrible

If you book through Vrbo you will be charged $38 for a Processing fee, that goes to Vrbo. I had to Zelle the payment and deposit to Sheridan Suites and believe me that was already iffy. The office is small so you have to form a line outside and wait to be called in. I waited an hour outside to be checked in, the lady before me waited two hours and a half before she could get checked in. In that waiting process the line was getting longer and people were getting agitated. As we were in line outside waiting the owner of Sheridan (Mike) and a female employee came out to smoke a cigarette right by the no smoking sign, a lady from the line yells out “You can’t smoke there, there is a sign right next to you!” Mike started walking towards the lady and tells her that if he can’t smoke she is not getting her reservation. Everyone in line agreed with the lady it being that the designated smoking spot was only 30ft away. They then turned off their cigarettes and finally started with the check in process outside to help out their front desk. Honestly this whole thing threw my night off completely, the whole process for me to get access to my 2 bedroom took 2hrs. Linens and towels were clean but the rest of apartment wasn’t cleaned very well, the photos online looked like the place was updated, but it was actually much older and dingy looking. Never again am I staying here, they all need to take a costumer service training Specially the Owner!

We are sorry for the waiting that happened. You and your groupc ame in the hottest time of the Year, called SPRING BRAKE. We were pretty much sold out. We apologise, that we made you whate, though, we can't regulate the amount of Guests that may be coming at the same time specially in the Evening, when most flights were delayed and the City was Sold Out . We work harder and even then, Guests may be getting stuck in traffic. Standartely it doesn't take a long time to check-in. We are not sure of the Apartment # you have been to. Though we are in the process of additional renovation and most of the units were re-painted during the month of February 2022. Thanks for your review, Mike Z, MGR

Misleading photos

Renting it was OK, being there was far from OK. Poor water output, ridiculously drainage, horrible toilet, no lock on patio door (just an aluminum bar to brace closed), loud noise in the middle of the night that continued for over an hour. If we had stayed, and housekeeping attempted to fix the problems, several days (minimum) would have been lost from our stay.

Dear Guest Thanks for your review. We appreciate it. We apologize for the outside noise. Some times it happens. We are sorry for poor water pressure. City water-plant is replacing equipment and they lower the pressure some of the days. Drainage was corrected as soon as we could get the plumber to coming in. And it did not present a problem further on. Aluminum bar was installed for better protection for the sliding glass doors and it is very convenient and secure way to lock sliding doors. You are stating that: “If we had stayed” may be you would have developed a lot better experience, allowing us to help you to enjoy the place. All we can state, that we are sorry that you have decided not to give us such chance and a pleasure. We would be glad to consider to get you additional special privileges if you are willing to comeback and allow yourselves to have a good time with us. Thanks, Mike Z., GM

Security deposit

The facility is a little dated, similar to what was advertised though. But, make sure you bring cash for the security deposit, as they don’t accept credit card for pre-authorization.
