Stylish and loaded with features your family has been searching for in an Outer Banks vacation home!

This beach-side home is tucked away on a cul-de-sac, for your privacy and enjoyment, and located in the popular community of Ocean Sands. A path through the natural area, leading to the beach, is just at the end of the driveway. Close to grocery shopping, dining, and activities.

Enjoy the pool, Tiki Bar, bubbling hot tub, and game room with a pool table and flat screen TV. Decks on each level and multiple living spaces allow you to find your perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate! (dog friendly home, community tennis courts).

Section I in Ocean Sands- prohibited vehicles in Ocean Sands include trailers, motor homes, golf carts, ATV's and motorized scooters or buggies. This is not an "event" home; parties or large gatherings are not allowed.

The house is perfect for a large family beach trip. The bathroom and bedroom arrangement was wonderful and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend staying here in this clean, beautiful, and close to the beach, house!

Seas the Day

We had a lovely week at this property. Everything was accurately portrayed with the listing. We only had one minor housekeeping complaint the first day, and the host addressed it immediately. The home is spacious and homey, an easy walk to the beach, and the host was very communicative as needed.

Wonderful Vacation

Family vacation with Grandparents! Beautiful well stocked home within short walking distance to beach. Enjoyed relaxing in pool, family meals all together, and fun times together ! We would definitely rent here again. Quick responses from both owner and rental department, both wonderful to work with.

Great vacation!

We stayed at Seas the Day with 7 family members and 2 dogs. We had plenty of space and all we needed for a great week! The walk to the beach was about 6 minutes, which was ok. The pool and hot tub were clean and definitely added to our fun! The hosts were very attentive to whatever we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

First time in OBX

I have stayed at many rental properties. This propery has almost everything you need, is clean and well maintained. Owners are very welcoming and in touch should you need anything. Easy check in/out.What you see on the listing is exactly what you get. 3 levels of living, a kitchen with everything you could possibly need, comfortable beds, etc.All you need to bring is: beach chairs/umbrellaBath and beach towelsDish and laundry soapsToilet paper, paper towels, etcHad a great week, would definitely stay again.

August family vacation

This house came equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Furniture on upper level was a bit dated,but ok. The 2cnd floor had newer furniture that was very comfy. The pool and hottub were great! The house came with plenty of family games. A couple wagons along with a few beach chairs were convenient for beach trips. The walk to the beach was not bad at all, through a little wooded path and some pavement and you were there. The location was great. Very easy to bike or drive to harris teeter or food lion shopping. Overall we had a great time and the house was perfect! Thank you!

Definitely will Seas the Day again!!

My group of 6 adults really enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day and will definitely stay there again. First of all communication with owner and rental company was very good and helpful. The house was ready early and very clean. I will also say that it was the most well stocked rental I ever had, everything we needed was there on arrival.Seas the Day is at the end of a cul de sac and backs up to woods which gave a great sense of privacy. The pool and the hot tub are in the back and both were in great shape. There is a path next door to the beach that is an easy 8 minute walk to the beach. The beach carts at the house made the walk easier and were very handy. Also an easy drive to supermarkets and restaurants.We had a pretty bad weather week but the house made the stay fun. Plenty of great games, a great selection of movies and books from my favorite authors. There was also plenty of room for people to hide and relax if they wanted too.As we had dinner around the table on Friday I asked everyone if they would want to stay there again. It was a resounding yes from everyone. On our next OBX trip we will definitely Seas the Day!

The pool and spa were nice to. The only thing I had a problem with was after a long drive from Ky. We get unloaded and then find out there are no sheets on the bed. The sheets are outside in a tote.

Family Vacation!

The property was as nice as described! We enjoyed the location as it was a short walk to the beach. The drive to many attractions restaurants, and shopping were within 5 to 10 minutes. We were disappointed in the agency handling the rental. After stopping at the office at 1:00 we were told they would call when the house was ready for move in. We returned at 3:00 and the office was empty. (Though we were told they would be there to 4:00.) The drop box did not have a key or code in our packet. After inconveniencing the rental personnel with a call asking for help, we were finally given a key code. Also the property came with sheets from a rental company. No directions were given as to where the sheets were. (We found them in a tote in the garage.) Many of the sheets were Ill-fitted and many were stained. Overall, the home was better than expected, and we had a great time! But the agencies the owner has contracted with leave something to be desired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Less the 5 minutes from main area of Corolla this place was one of the best experiences we have had so far in Corolla. The management team and owner were amazing to work with. We had a small issue with the A/C but they had it repaired quickly and they even brought out small window units to keep it cool in the house. The pool and the decks had tons of lounge chairs so we had a different chair to relax in everyday. Steps from the beach down a path the house had wagons to haul all of our beach stuff. After a long day we enjoyed a game of pool everynight on the lower level.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were pleased. The rental process was seamless and services were just as described. We had no issue with communication before and during our stay. This house offers ample space to hang out together or apart - inside and out. The walk to the beach is quick though we often rode out bikes as well. There is a path at the end of the drive that takes you straight onto Tern Ct/Tern Arch making it a breeze to walk to the ocean. Speaking of breeze, we could not get over the breeze we had during our stay even at the house location in August - It was gorgeous. Nice to have separate deck areas to hang out. We were grateful the fridge in the kitchen was spacious though we had extra space in 2nd fridge downstairs. The AC did wonderful the whole time keeping the house very comfortable. The second floor bathroom tub was very spacious but it is not connected to any room. On the second floor, only one room is a master w/a connected bathroom. Our group was a bit smaller this year than normal. We love trying out new houses each year so I do not anticipate that we would rent this same space again however it was a great fit for us this year. The hospitality was just right for us this time.

Seas Your Own Stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the house was surface clean but desperately needed a more detailed cleaning. The previous guest left some of their used sheets and the bathrooms were dirty and smelt of urine. We spent our first vacation day cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. We also covered the furniture as then sofas were old and were not inviting. After we cleaned up we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close Walt to the beach and the oool and hot tub were great. The pool cleaning net was broken upon arrival and it was difficult cleaning our leaves. .

Each year we invest in our home and we will continue to, because we want you to have a relaxing, rejuvenating time. Last year we re-felted the pool table, bought a King mattress, replaced a sliding door, and replaced the lighting in the great room. This year we have replaced the great room carpet with plank flooring and have replaced three queen mattresses. We hope you stay with us again!

With the exception of the master bedroom mattress, each of us complained about the uncomfortable beds. I think all queen mattresses need replacing. We encountered several roaches mid week. The pool was great!

Great Week

Overall, the house was in great shape and clean. The two upstairs TV's (living room and master bedroom) did not work well. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for the week. The length to the beach was further than we had hoped. Other than that, we had a great week!
