Located on the 4th floor, this unit offers stunning ocean views from every bedroom and your private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and full-size washer and dryer, with central A/C for your comfort. The owner has provided four flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi to keep you entertained and connected. Ideally situated within walking distance to many local attractions, this condo is perfect for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway. The building features an outdoor pool and parking for one car, with limited additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.

Spacious
Love the spacious lay out of the property. We didn’t like the parking. We took two cars and one night we took both cars and we couldn’t find another spot for our other car. Also by parking spot 401 it needs the bush trimmed. We have scratches on our vehicle. We would definitely stay here again.
