Henkeäsalpaava, kauniisti sisustettu Gulf Front Taloyhtiöiden on upeat näkymät tilava olohuone ja upea Master Suite. Vain muutaman askeleen päässä rannalta. Hotellista pääsee helposti altaan reunalla, ja kävellä suoraan ulos koskematon, sokeri valkoiset rannat, jotka ovat vain muutaman askeleen päässä takaovesta. Great location!

Easy check in, well stocked kitchen. Great WiFi. Very convenient to pool and beach. Enjoyed our stay. Pool and beach were not crowded and came with chairs and umbrella. Would stay here again!

summer vacation

We really loved everything about the place. GREAT location, walked straight out our patio to the pools and beach. Everything was as expected. Mike even allowed us in a little early once the place was ready. He even recommended a couple places to eat. Beds were very comfortable. A/C ran excellent, in spite of the very hot weather. I would book this condo again and HIGHLY recommend this condo.

Fantastic Condo, Perfect Location!

The condo was the perfect home away from home! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with to book! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, perfect location, beds were very comfortable, and most definitely a place I would love to stay in again someday!

Wonderful vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Place! It contains all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. The view of the ocean is breathtaking, it allows for easy access to the pool and sandy white beach. Mike is very easy to work with and easily accessible if you need to communicate any problems. Would definitely recommend this property!!

Perfect vacation spot

Mike was great. Condo was very clean and could not have asked for a better location! Walk to great seafood across the street. Plus the walk out to the pool straight from the room was a huge plus having kids! Cannot say enough great stuff! 5 stars

Thanksgiving 84th Birthday Celebration

Property was very spacious for the five of us. Just steps Away from the beach. Fully stocked kitchen (we did not have to use any thing, we came prepared with what we needed. ) We will definitely try to use this condo for future gatherings.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. We liked the first floor very convenient. Loved the pools and the beach. Mike reached out to us to make sure everything was good when we arrived, even had fresh flowers and a handwritten note to welcome us. Thanks Mike and Kordula.

Summer place is our summer place!!

This was our second year staying at summer place 104 and as long as we can reserve it, this is the only place we will stay. Family Vacation!

We spent a week in this beautiful condo and had a great time. Being on the ground level is one of my favorite parts of the condo because you don't need to pack up and go to the beach or pool. We work non stop and this week was so relaxing and just what we needed. The owner Mike is easy to work with and keeps the place looking great! This was our second summer that we booked this condo and it will not be our last!

Coming Home

We have been here several times now and besides Mike being an incredible host this is a ground floor unit and don’t have to deal with elevators. You don’t have to bring anything except yourself. Mike has thought of everything for you

The absolute best!

I could not have imagined anything better, The pictures of the place do not do it justice. Everyone I came across were top notch from the owner, to the condo building staff, and other visitors. The view, oh my..... It’s close to everything and even did a day trip to Mobile, AL 1.5 hrs. The beach was perfect. I could go on and on...this place was perfect for my family of 5. The only thing that wasn’t good was the fishing.....but that was due to the weather. I am ready to go back. Great place, 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful property, every detail taken care of and perfect location!

To start, this condo is immaculate! We have never stayed at such a well kept and clean vacation property, Mike did such a great job of making us feel welcome. We planned our vacation only a couple of days before arriving, and Mike and Kordula were so accommodating and great about addressing our questions. Upon walking in, you can just unpack and relax, everything that you could ever need is there. The location is perfect for families, first floor walk out to pool and beach can’t be beat with kids. Not to mention, it’s so close to the pier and activities. If you are staying in the Destin area, this is the place to stay. Thank you so much Mike and Kordula!

Great vaca!!! Loved it.

We had the most relaxing week with our three boys and nephew. The convenience of the unit to the pool and beach was HUGE! We could relax and the boys could switch from pool to beach to condo .....and back. The unit is well-appointed. Lots of extras including beach towels, toys, boards, and toiletries. Very clean, very comfortable! Beach is gorgeous and the provided umbrella and chairs were delightful. Thank you to Mike! My husband said best vacation....and we have been on a lot of beach vacas!!

Upon arrival we had beautiful roses on the table and in the bedroom . The condo was beautiful and the owner was available if we had any concerns. The only draw back would have been the ice in the freezer did not work and carpet in the rooms . Being on the beach I felt like I needed to vacuum daily . Other than that beautiful condo .

Coming home

Have stayed in this unit for the third time. Love that we don’t need to bring anything except our clothes. Have never stayed in another unit where everything was provided. They provide everything you need down to toys for the kids. No need to make any stops at the store before checking in, you are taken care of, even down to box fans in closets. My family doesn’t sleep well without those fans. Will be placing reservations shortly for next spring break.

Summer Place 104

We enjoyed our stay at Summer Place 104, but we did experience some issues that we wished we would have known beforehand. The guest toilet does not function properly (and the owner said that was normal), the dishwasher smelled like burning plastic when it was running (so we hand washed all of the dishes), the ice maker did not make or dispense ice, and the vent piece above the microwave would fall off fairly often (mostly when someone was standing under it). The location of the condo is fantastic and very easily accessible. I just wish I would have been warned of the above issues instead of having to figure them out once we arrived.
