In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 4, the maximum allowed occupancy is 8, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 5.

This Kiawah Island vacation rental, located in the desirable Egret Pintail neighborhood, offers four bedrooms, a private pool, and views of Osprey Point Golf Course and Egret Pond. The home is about a 12-minute bike ride to the beach.

When you enter this home, you will immediately appreciate abundant natural light and professionally selected décor. Like almost every rear-facing room in the home, the living area boasts lovely views of the golf course and Egret Pond. The living room has comfortable seating and spills out into the dining area and kitchen. The dining area features a gorgeous table with seating for eight and access to the screened porch. The gourmet kitchen has a large island with barstool seating for four, professional-grade stainless steel appliances, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals.

The primary suite on the main floor features a king-sized bed, TV, access to the sundeck, and a luxurious private bathroom with a free-standing tub, spacious walk-in shower, and his-and-hers sinks. Upstairs, you will find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king-sized bed, TV, chic coastal décor, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen-sized bed, TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has two twin beds, gorgeous water views, a TV, and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The screened-in porch offers seating for four, a wall-mounted TV, and access to the deck. Enjoy lounging on the 900-square-foot sundeck or take a dip in the waterside pool! The pool is roughly 12x18, 3 to 5 feet deep. The deck area features plenty of seating for lounging and dining.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. The pool water can take 24-48 hours to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available. Contact us directly to add pool heating to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $300. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!

During your stay on Kiawah Island, be sure to enjoy biking on the 30 miles of flat bike trails, golfing on one of five world-class courses, playing tennis, crabbing, fishing, swimming, and boating. Many families also enjoy the kids’ camp and nature programs at Night Heron Park.
