This lake house is in the perfect location from Beaver Lake and Eureka Springs. The property itself was beautiful with an amazing view. The house was clean, stocked well, and was easy to get to. We did have an issue on one day where the well pump relay switch went out, so we were without water. We reached out to the property contact and they had it fixed by later that evening. We would absolutely stay at this property again!

The home was very clean without overpowering fragrance smells (which I am sensitive to). It had everything we needed and more, especially in the kitchen! There were a few toys for our kids and the pack n’ play even had a mattress topper, which I had brought myself. Our whole family had so much fun our weekend away and all felt right at home! We loved making smores too!

The house felt so clean and welcoming from the second we stepped inside. The kitchen was very well stocked, and the provided smores set up was an extra spacial touch that we really appreciated. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The lake view was nice, although not completely unobstructed, it was still very beautiful.

Well stocked kitchen!!

The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked on anything you would need to cook with. Beds were very comfortable. Nice spacious bathrooms. Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay

The property is exactly as advertised. Great view of the lake and handy for get into Eureka Springs. There were 8 of us staying at the house and the layout of the house worked great for that number of people. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful property!

My husband and I stayed in this charming cottage for four nights. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very conveniently located near the lake. We brought our boat and parking was very accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful house.

Everything was wonderful, we had a minor issue with the breaker box blowing we could not play our PlayStations or it would blow the breaker and there was only one smart TV in the living room the rest were basic cable with not many channels,everything else was amazing we loved the complimentary smores bar and the fully loaded kitchen. They only had one pan that was nonstick though. Our group of 9 was very comfortable the whole stay
