This spacious home has an amazing view of the Ozark Mountains with Table Rock and Beaver Lakes only a short distance away. An ideal home for a family vacation or family reunion. By using hide-a-bed couches, this luxury vacation home will accommodate 18 people comfortably. With an upstairs living-sitting room and a downstairs den and two levels of huge decks, there is ample room to spread out and enjoy yourself. The large dining room, living room and open kitchen make a great place for family time and fellowship.
The rate is only $325 per night which includes 4 guests and each additional guest is $10 per person per night.
This house is located just ten minutes from downtown Eureka Springs and only an hour from Branson, MO. There is also access to the marina on Table Rock Lake. This house is within walking distance of an 18 hold golf course.
There are ample area attractions to keep everyone entertained. Some of these include the Passion Play, Promised Land Zoo, Bass Pro, Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills Outdoor Theater, Music Shows, Golf Courses, Lakes for swimming, boating and fishing, Shopping, and just about anything else you might want to do.

Perfect for a family gathering!! Don’t hesitate just do it!

Enjoyed our stay and celebrating the family birthdays and the 4Th of July. Decks are a great addition to the house. Everything you need is there. Well stocked kitchen. We had extra family that had other rentals nearby and stopped to visit. We loved every minute of it. Excellent!!

Motorcycle trip to Arkansas

It was a great place to stay. It was very spacious for our group of ten. The garage fit all 8 bikes. The patio has a great view. Would recommend anyone to stay there.

Family vacation

We had a nice family vacation. There were 11 of us in total. The house was as advertised. Much larger than it appears. We had plenty of room for everyone. The two fridges were nice since we brought lots of food and cooked many meals. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the view from the balcony. Highly recommend this house for large groups. Location was also very good. Grocery store close by. Access to table rock lake, Roaring river, and Eureka Springs were all very easy short drives

Came to Eureka Springs for a motorcycle trip. The house was nice and plenty of room. It was clean, and comfortable. Plenty of room for the trucks and trailers. Would use again. Thank you

thanksgiving with friends

a group of 4 families rented this house for a Thanksgiving vacation. all 18 of us were comfortable. the house was clean and well-equipped, the view was spectacular and the hosts were very kind and responsive. if there’s only one thing that we could recommend, that is to maybe add one more shower. the it would be perfect!

Nice place !

Property was as advertised, spacious and clean. We were a group of ex-military motorcyclists from Heidelberg, Germany celebrating our 40th year reunion. Neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get 11 full size touring motorcycles in the garage. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

The house was awesome. Needs another bathroom or shower in it. The AC went down and I started emailing and calling and texting with no answer, no text back, no response at all for almost 24 hrs. Never communicated the problem with us about what went wrong just a email message saying problem was fixed.Great view with the house. Parking was ok. Room in the garage for 4 to 5 bikes, the driveway will hold a couple cars too.There was a real musty smell like there may have been a fluid somewhere in the house. And it's definitely time to spray for spiders.

Thanksgiving/Family Reunion

Our family spent thanksgiving and the Thanksgiving weekend in this wonderful home. We had people in and out all weekend and there was plenty of room for all of us to converse, collectively or privately. The spacious downstairs allowed the young people to play their video games and for them to have a great time also. This house is so accommodating for medium to large groups. The kitchen is large enough that several people can be in there at the same time and enjoying themselves cooking. The bedrooms are very spacious and had a luxurious feel to them. We enjoyed our time there so much and are looking forward to going back again next fall.

Plenty of room

We were in town for a couples' golf tournament so the location was perfect, 2 minute drive to the course. Everyone had room to spread out, lots of bedrooms and living spaces. The kitchen was big enough to handle several people at once, and the deck was great for a large group. The view was phenomenal! We only wish we would have been there a couple of weeks later as the trees were just starting to turn, but the fog in the mornings in the valleys produced some memorable photographs. The only drawback any of us had was there were only 2 showers, and none of us were 'tub people' so the 2 separate tubs went unused. Would stay again if the opportunity presented itself.

Great place

The place had lots of room, bedrooms were good size. Mattress’s we’re great, neighbor was upper class, neighbors were friendly. Had a great view in back, the two decks were massive. We had room for 3 trailers since we took our bikes. Able to get 6 bikes in garage. It was just a great place to stay. We all were very satisfied with it.

Awesome home with scenic beauty overlooking the deck

We all loved this home with all amenities set up and really nothing lacking for our stay. Would definitely stay there again and forward to other friends and relatives. Very clean, and what was helpful was the HolyLand Tour and Play were close .

My name is Art Gardner from Berryville, AR. I drew up the house plan for this house, with inspiration from God. My wife, Linda, and our four sons and one daughter all had a hand in building it. I am a licensed heating and air contractor and well as building contractor.
I grew up and lived in Western Kansas until moving to Arkansas in 1988. Linda was born and raised just across the line in Missouri. We enjoy spending time with our kids and ten grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

We actually built this house as a spec home. When it did not sell we started renting is out as a vacation home.

What makes this property unique

Within an hours drive of most all area attractions. You will love spending lots of time of the deck enjoying the quiet and spectacular view. You might even spot an eagle or two and most certainly some deer.
