Charming character house located in the heart of Lynn Valley. Features a large master bedroom (King), two additional bedrooms (Queen and bunk bed) and a bathroom (bathtub/no shower) on the top floor. Main floor features a open concept dining and living room, kitchen with eating area, and a fabulous bathroom with walk in rain shower. All with heated floors! Bottom floor features a large recreational room, loft bedroom (suitable for kids only), full bathroom and laundry. Short walk to Lynn Valley Mall and the famous Lynn Valley hiking and biking trails.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here as the home was fully stocked with everything we needed for our multi generational family group and the central location in a beautiful quiet treed neighborhood allowed for frequent short commutes to nearby beaches, Lynn Canyon Park, Stanley Park, and Lonsdale Quay. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the house in Lynn valley.

Easy access to trails and mountain biking. Very nice big spacious house, well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location in Lynn Valley

We had a fantastic time at Nicholas’ property in North Vancouver. Location is great and the house was very clean. The beds were really comfortable! The perfect base to enjoy the North Shore:)
