In Detail: Let this newly constructed executive home become your private escape in paradise. Situated on an oversized lot, the property offers ample amount of space for you, family, and friends. Arrive at the home, entering through the double doors into the foyer you are greeted with modern yet warm decor and views straight out to the pool and canal. Walking in you will find yourself in the family room area furnished with comfortable lounge seating, views of the pool and waterway, and equipped with 75" smart TV with access to your desired streaming services.. Just around the corner you will find the kitchen equipped with 4-piece stainless steel appliance set, dual sinks, and bar seating for 4. Kitchen is stocked with all of your basic cooking utensils, small appliances, and more. The breakfast nook offers additional seating for 4 overlooking the infinity edge hot tub, pool, and waterway. The open concept of the home can really be felt when you open the dining area sliders adding an addition 1,000sq. ft. of outdoor area. The dining area is furnished with dining table with seating for 6 but can be expanded to seat 8. The family room is furnished with lounge seating

The home is laid out in a split style floorpan with the master suite and a guest bedroom on one end and the remaining guest bedrooms / bathrooms on the other. Enter the master suite through double door private entrance. To the right you will find a bright master bathroom with soaking tub and separate dual head shower draped in marble design. The master bedroom is furnished with king bedroom set, equipped with smart TV, and access to a walk-in closet. Back out towards the main living area you will find a guest bedroom furnished with bunk beds (twin over full) for children, desk, and TV.

Heading over to the opposite side of the home you will come across two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The first of the two bedrooms is furnished with a queen size bedroom set and equipped with TV and offers access to a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is also furnished with a queen-size bedroom set, TV, and an en-suite bathroom with access out to the pool deck.

Outside the home is furnished with lounge seating within the screened enclosure featuring unobstructed waterway views. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax in the infinity edge hot tub. An outdoor kitchen is prime for firing up your favorite BBQ dishes and entertaining your guests with bar seating.

Minimum Stay Requirements: 1 week reservation required year round and typically Saturday to Saturday only.
