Beautiful new property just a little far away
This property was almost perfect except a little far away from parks. This makes it a little difficult for parts of your group to leave park early and come back etc. 45min-hr (depending on traffic) from parks. We usually stay in Kissimmee but the property I had rented cancelled my reservation (on vrbo) three weeks before my stay so I’m grateful this one was available but the other was so much closer. :( I am also bitter bc I’ve never had this happen to me- so have a backup reservation that allows you to cancel last minute even if it’s a hotel type property is my advice. I had one at Wyndham Magic Village yards that allowed you to cancel within 24 hrs of arrival and I cancelled when I booked the other property bc I was afraid I’d forget- I wish I hadn’t. Beautiful property but hidden within an older smaller home neighborhood but close to the crazy crowded Walmart that you almost need to go to everyday. Since it’s newer property there’s lots of things they don’t have bc not many ppl have stayed there. There are also a ton of rules, cleanup etc- if you want more hassle free, a hotel owned condo might be easier. We paid cleanup fee but were also required to take out all trash (during week and at checkout) and start a load of towels- not a huge deal but also not like just turning a key in too. But all in all, I did love the contemporary decor and the floor plan but just a little too far from the parks for my large group of 8 which included grandparents that would’ve went back to the house at the super hot parts of the day if it weren’t at least an 1 1/2 round trip to come back and watch fireworks at night. Great informative emails and communication tho and I’d love this exact property just in Kissimmee or closer!
