The house has four floors, with three accessible by lift.
On the ground floor there is the housekeeper's apartment, laundry room and kennel. This floor will only be available to guests staying for more than two weeks.
On the second floor there is a living room, dining room and the former TV room, which has been converted into a suite, but can be used as an additional room. It has a full bathroom, kitchen and balcony. There is also an outdoor wine cellar, which will not be available to guests.
On the third floor there are three suites, one of which has a hot tub for two people. There is also an utility area and an office with a sofa bed, which can accommodate another couple.
To get to the fourth floor you have to go up the stairs. There you'll find a lounge with a gourmet area, including a wine cellar, refrigerator, beer cooler, cooktop, electric oven, microwave, ice maker, barbecue, dishwasher, two large open areas, a heated pool and a sauna, integrated with the pool.
Above this floor, accessible by an external staircase, there is a fully equipped gym, a lookout point with stunning views, a bathroom, and an outdoor shower. Going up a little further, there is a small trail through the woods on the property, with a picnic table at the end.
From the balconies on the top floor, there is a wide view of Corcovado, Morro da Urca, and Sugarloaf Mountain, and it's possible to see the cable cars in operation. You can also see the Botanical Garden and a large area of the Tijuca Forest.
Among the trees, you can also see the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon and a glimpse of the sea. The house is located in the area of the Alto Jardim Botânico Residents' Association. The two streets leading to the house's street have gates and 24-hour security guards. The Association also has a car that patrols 24 hours a day, a motorcycle that accompanies delivery drivers during the day, and camera monitoring of the area, with direct access from the Civil Police Operations Centre. There are security booths every 300 metres on the street, with professionals working 24 hours a day. The nearest booth is 70 metres from the house. The area is one of the safest in Rio de Janeiro. The Jardim Botânico area is a gastronomic hub, with dozens of restaurants within walking distance. The house is located 300 metres from the side entrance of the Botanical Garden, 1.1 km from the main shopping street of the area, 1.6 km from Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, 3.3 km from Leblon Shopping Mall, 3.7 km from Leblon Beach, 3.9 km from Ipanema Beach, and 6 km from Copacabana Beach.
