In accordance with the Town of Kiawah Island Short Term Rental Ordinance, all guests understand that the approved number of bedrooms is 6, the maximum allowed occupancy is 14, and the maximum allowed number of vehicles is 6.

This family-friendly Kiawah Island vacation rental offers 6 bedrooms, views of the lush maritime forest, and large gathering areas. The home is a quick 5-minute walk from the beach.

The spacious living room, with a vaulted ceiling and an abundance of windows, features three sofas, a wall-mounted TV, a game table and chairs, and access to the screened porch. Enjoy preparing vacation meals in the fully equipped kitchen, offering plenty of counter space and a small center island. The dining room has seating for 14 at the long wooden table and access to the screened porch, back deck, and an additional living area. The second living area has a comfortable loveseat and a TV.

You will find the upstairs primary suite tucked away from the rest of the home. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, sitting area with a sofa, and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and a double sink vanity. The remaining five bedrooms, two with king beds and three with queen beds, are on the main level. There is also a loft area, accessible from stairs in the second living area, with a play area with toys.

Enjoy relaxing and watching nature from the screened porch or back deck. The screened porch offers plenty of seating and a ceiling fan to keep cool in the warmer months. On the back deck, you will find a dining table with 4 chairs and a gas grill.

The home is equipped with washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

Pets under 50lbs are welcome for an additional fee of $50 per pet per day, with a maximum of two (2) pets. Contact us directly to add pets to your reservation.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount for this property is $400. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, and more – the choice is yours!
