Located on a quiet street in the prestigious Vanderhorst community behind the second security gate within the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, this recent build (2022) combines refined craftsmanship, thoughtful design, and exceptional amenities. With 6 bedrooms plus bonus room, generous indoor living areas, and a luxurious outdoor retreat, this gorgeous residence at 401 Snowy Egret Lane provides the perfect backdrop for your Kiawah Island vacation.
Main Living Areas
The main floor features an open layout with 10-foot ceilings, custom built-ins, and wide-plank hardwood flooring throughout. Floor-to-ceiling accordion glass doors bring in abundant natural light and open directly to the outdoor living area.
The great room flows seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, where an enormous dining table offers ample seating for memorable family meals and special gatherings.
At the center of the home is the gourmet kitchen, equipped with Wolf appliances, extensive counter space, and a full collection of cookware and kitchen tools. Adjacent to the kitchen, a bright bar room with a fully stocked bar setup provides an ideal space for pre-dinner cocktails or an easy afternoon refreshment.
Outdoor Living
Designed for relaxation, the patio offers a private infinity pool (heatable for a fee) and hot tub. A large outdoor dining table allows you to enjoy meals inside or out, while a high-end stainless steel Blaze grill makes outdoor cooking a breeze.
Bedrooms & Suites
Each bedroom in the home features a luxury mattress and its own en-suite bathroom, offering comfort and privacy for every guest. On the main floor, the primary suite provides a serene retreat with a custom walk-in closet, abundant natural light, and a spa-inspired bathroom complete with a chandelier-lit soaking tub and an oversized marble shower with multiple spray options. Also on the main level is a queen bedroom, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs. The second floor includes a room with two twin beds, a king suite, an additional king bedroom, and an additional queen bedroom. For added flexibility, the home also offers a bonus sleeping space with two twin trundle beds upstairs, accommodating larger groups with ease
