Fabulous!
Our family group of five adults and one infant stayed comfortably in this wonderful house. We loved the big kitchen with lots of counter space to accommodate several of us cooking and doing food prep at the same time. The L-Shaped sofa in the living room fit all five of us comfortably as we settled in to watch a movie on the big screen TV. Beds were a bit hard, but comfortable enough. The house is simply but tastefully decorated.
Although it is located close to the beach, because of the excessive rocks there, we ended up driving to the Sandy beach across the highway from Safeway. No big deal.
As advertised, there is no central air conditioning in this house. With the late July high temps, it did get a bit warm inside in the late afternoons, but it cooled down at night, and was helped by the portable fans which we found in the closets of every bedroom. We appreciated having them.
Yes, the carpet was a little worn, and in the downstairs hallway there were a few stains⊠but overall, the house was clean and well cared for.
I had a few conversations with MG, the property manager (just little questions.) MG was easily reached, and super helpful. Overall, We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and would absolutely stay there again!
