After you book, you will be asked to e-sign another rental agreement which protect our home from guest damages.

MINIMUM AGE FOR RENTAL. The minimum age to rent the Property is 25 years of age. All guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25.

Our home is stocked with a 2 day Home Supply Starter Kit including:
Two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom
Two rolls of paper towels,
4 laundry pods,
4 dishwasher pods,
1 new dish sponge,
1 small liquid dish soap,
Shampoo, Conditioner,
Body Wash, Hand soap,
2 Kitchen Garbage Bags.

Please add these items to your shopping list if you will be staying longer and need additional supplies.

After entering the home, the first floor opens to two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The first of these bedrooms has a twin over double bunk bed with a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, and Roku). The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bed.

The second floor opens to the large, open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Also on the second floor is the master bedroom with an en suite. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, cute electric fireplace and desk; perfect for working remotely.

The living room is rustic cabin decor meets functional amenities. Make your way into the living room featuring an L-shaped sectional sofa, a remote controlled electric fireplace, and a HD flat-screen smart TV with Netflix, Roku, and more (don't forget to bring your own login).

Gorgeous wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances highlight the fully equipped kitchen! Keep the cook company at the 4-person breakfast bar as they create a culinary feast for the group. Set the dinner table for six and enjoy a delicious meal with friends and family.

There is also a one car garage available for use that will shelter your car from the snow and spare you from scraping windshields in the morning.
