Great Experience

Had a great experience and a fantastic view of the beach, loved there was a lounge area and a high top table on the balcony. We would absolutely stay here again.

Old school beach condo

Great location, very spacious, condo. Dune Allen is not as packed as other areas on 30a but close to everything.

Diamond in the rough

Beautiful location in a perfect sized complex. Not too many units and only 3 stories. The unit itself is very nicely stocked with personal touches. It is well appointed with a lot of thoughtful items for almost any occasion that would arise. Aside from construction happening on the west side of the building (management informed us of it prior to our visit and said they had been assured that it wouldn’t be an issue). It was a bit of an issue but we discussed it with management to let them know that it was a bit disruptive and they quickly reached back out to accommodate any inconveniences with it. The unit itself needs a bit of a deep cleaning and some updating. There were dirty and dusty areas, the dishes were all coated with a film and there were some moisture stains on the ceiling. The beds were all very comfortable with clean linens and we had plenty of room in the unit. We appreciated all of the comfortable seating in the living room, dining room, kitchen and deck. We enjoyed our stay. Once hurricane Helene made her way through, we were able to safely get to the beach and enjoyed the pool, the view and the easy walk to the beach and back. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay here. Great location and views of the gulf. Heated pool was wonderful. Unit Was very clean when we arrived. Furniture was dated and honestly kind of uncomfortable but our main concerns were price and location so we were fine not Having all the updates.

Best location on 30A

Best location on 30A, not all the constant traffic and congestion of Seaside and Rosemary but close enough to zip over for lunch or dinner.

Family beach vacation

Great location. That’s the main reason we came to this location. We’ve stayed in another condo at this property 3 other times and it was amazing! This condo has roaches, the dryer never worked, needed to be cleaned better, the master bathroom stool ran water the entire week. I called about all these issues. Nobody really wanted to hear about the problems. They did send a very small portable dryer to us and it wouldn’t dry clothes either. So since we couldn’t wash and dry our towels for the week they did bring us more towels for the week. That was a great help since we had no dryer that worked. The office told me that they had repaired the dryer the day before we arrived. It was not repaired at all. The doors had been removed on the closet where the washer and dryer are and the shelves had all been removed. Lots of holes in the walls above the washer and dryer. Just not what you expect when you are staying in what should be an extremely nice place to stay. The condo is a good sized place. Just needs some work and updates done to it.

Perfect Beach Vacation Stay

Condo was as advertised. The patio was the highlight. The kitchen, w/d was certainly helpful. Unfortunately we did not find the elevator until all the luggage was lumped to the third floor by my husband😙. But it came in quite handy after the fact! We rented beach chairs/umbrella from Beach service( very handy) the Ocean and weather were nothing less than PERFECT! All in all.. very cozy.. you can’t go wrong here!❤️

Very inconvenient as air, washer dryer didn't work.

Air not working on arrival. That was fixed. Washer and dryer never worked so I had to wash and dry at another location. Everyday on the phone with different people who never connected me with point person. Will not stay at this location again. Sorry for this eval but it is true.

Family Vacation

This was the BEST vacation and spot for our crew. We had the most fabulous and relaxing time. The big couch on the back porch made for great cuddling with all of our kids, young and old, while we looked out over the beautiful water.

awesome!

This is an awesome unit in a very nice building. The balcony is wonderful, with very comfortable furniture. I have a neurological gait problem that makes it very hard to actually walk on the beach, but I can sit on this balcony and feel like I am there while the rest of my family has easy access to the pool and beach. Perfect!

Well appointed condo

Fantastic Stay

We have stayed on 30A for over ten years. This was one of our best visits yet. The condo is clean, well appointed and finely furnished. The kitchen is great with much better appliances and equipment than you usually find in rental properties. The view is amazing and the furniture on the balcony is really comfortable. We watched sunrises and sunsets almost every day. The beach is wide and clean. It was not crowded and the people who were on the beach were nice (well behaved too!). We'll be back. I'd recommend this property to any of my friends as long as they don't try to rent it when I'm going!

BEACHFRONT PERFECTION!

This year for our Florida beach vacation we wanted to be beachfront with balcony, pool and 3 bdrms. After extensive searching, we chose Theta Waves Condo. And absolutely no regrets. It is just like in their photos - only better!! We were so comfy in the bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms are luxurious - you really feel pampered. The kitchen and appliances are top end. But now I'm getting to the view and balcony - it was awesome. After time on beach, our grandkids really enjoyed playing in the pool. The beach is so accessible and close - you can see everyone on beach from the balcony so you always feel 'connected'. It was a perfect place for our family vacation and we plan on coming back soon!

Theta waves was breathtaking! It was all around from the condo, beach and the town!! We will def be back next year! Perfect stay for our family! Not crowded on beach or at pool. Our girls are ages 4 and 7 years old.

We had a wonderful time! The balcony is terrific with very comfortable furniture, and has such a good view that you feel like you are down on the beach but with no sand! The bathrooms and kitchen are upgraded and high end. We had a group of teenagers with us for part of the time, and they loved it too. Anne is very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Palms of Dune Allen, and this unit in particular!
