Sugar Sands offers panoramic floor to ceiling ocean views from the living, dining and kitchen area. With 2 beach sets ups (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) you will not miss a minute of the breathtaking Emerald Coast. Absolutely the best gulf-front condo in Seagrove. Step out to the private balcony and down a few steps to the soft white sands of the private beach. This beautiful remodeled, beachfront unit has plenty space to relax as a group or to enjoy some quiet time while getting lost in the waves outside your gulf view windows. Beach Service runs from March to October.

Sugar Sands features an open concept living room, dining and kitchen are with fabulous views of the beautiful Emerald Coast everywhere you turn. It has panoramic floor to ceiling windows so you do not miss a minute of the breathtaking gulf front views. New LVP flooring has been added throughout as new loving room sofa has just been purchased. The living room also has a flat screen smart tv with cable and a dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking item imaginable, a new stainless steel refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and we are continuing to update appliances this spring. The bar area offer seating for 4 and the dining table offers seating for 8.

Sugar Sands has a wonderful master suite, with comfortable king bed, a flat screen smart TV and a peek-a-boo window with gulf front ocean views. Imagine rolling over and waking up to those beautiful waves rolling in. The luxurious master bath has a dual vanity sink, a separate shower with mosaic shower floor tile and a glass door surround. The guest queen bedroom is down the hall. It has a flat screen tv, a comfy chair perfect to read a book after a long day at the beach and it has its own private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones or maybe a teen or two. It features two bunk bed sets, one with twin over a twin bed and the other with a twin over a full bed.

This complex is gated to keep others from over crowding the parking and the beach area. Sugar Sands is located in the Sugar Dune Complex which is perfect placed so it is close to shops, restaurants, but luckily it is not in the chaos of it all. If you are truly looking for a great vacation experience that is just off the busy path and truly relaxing, you can't go wrong at Sugar Sands.

Absolutely gorgeous view! Loved being steps from our private, comfortable, well appointed deck to the clean, private beach (another nice feature). Living room area, kitchen, and flooring all updated, comfortable, and appealing. Bathrooms could use a little updating. Nicely appointed bedroom furniture with plenty of storage space. Overall, very nice and enjoyable vacation rental.

The property was amazing. Location is excellent. Walk to the private beach was very easy. Umbrellas & chairs were set up at the same time daily!! Will definitely rent this property again.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Sugar Sands. It was super clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The best part of all, though, was the view and location. You look right out onto the beautiful ocean and simply walk down one flight of stairs from the back porch to get out to the beach. While still on 30A, this is a bit quieter and separated from all the chaos of the Seaside area. You will not regret renting this! I wish we could go back!

Beach Trip First Week of March

We had a great time at this house and the views were amazing of the ocean! This was the first time that we have been to the beach at this time of year. It was never hot and there were no lines while we still enjoyed every afternoon in the sun on the beach!

5 Star Stay

We had such a great stay at this 3-bedroom ocean-view condo! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of the best parts was the private beach accessā€”it made it so easy to get down to the sand in just a couple of minutes. And having two beach setups included (chairs + umbrellas) was such a nice bonus. No hauling stuff back and forth! The location felt peaceful but still close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.
