Enjoy the lovely Hawaiian breeze in this high-floor 1-bedroom unit. Within walking distance to Waikiki's finest destinations."
The Pacific Monarch building is centrally located in Waikiki, with a great variety of entertainment and dining options nearly at its doorsteps. Just a few blocks away from the building is a large concentration of shopping centers, such as Pualeilani Atrium and the International Marketplace. Lastly, this building has easy access to public transportation such as the many nearby bus stops & Biki rental bike stands.
The quality of workmanship in this newly renovated unit is close to perfection. Just some of the upgrades include: custom travertine floors, floor-to-ceiling travertine tiled bathroom, custom quartz countertops, and full quartz backsplash in the kitchen. As well as custom-built interior mahogany doors with frosted glass, and new exterior windows and sliding doors (including tinted bedroom glass).
Finally, this one-bedroom unit has a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, and both a King size bed and a pull-out Queen Sofa for optimum rest after a long day of exploration.

We really enjoyed this apartment because of the views, the amenities of the building (pool, BBQ, sauna and hot tub), the cookware & supplies. The bed was on the firm side but tolerable. Water pressure was very good. As mentioned in many reviews the a/c is noisy and should be replaced, but it kept the room comfortably cool at night. During the day there are strong breezes which were nice through the many open windows. The owner failed to let the front desk know we were coming and his emails are “no-reply”, so we were delayed at check in, but we would stay here again.

Room matched the description and was clean. I was not impressed by the small window unit used to cool the unit. The air was not on prior to our arrival so it took several hours to cool down. Window tinting or heavy drapes may help with the radiant sun heat, but overall the unit met our needs, just 2 blocks from the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: You need to update this unit. It is shoeing it's age, repairs are needed, outdoor furniture is worn out. overall the unit is a disgrace!

Celebrated our 40th anniversary!

This was as beautiful as the pictures show. The views are fabulous from every window. The condo was very clean and the check in was simple. The location allowed us to walk everywhere. We wre definitely staying here again!

Amazing views!

This place is wonderful! High enough off the street to sleep well and in the heart of everything. Clean and well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, nice bathroom and sweet lanai. 2 blocks to the beach and just a few blocks to all the shops and restaurants. Food trucks right around the corner.

Beautiful Spotless Minimalist’s Dream

The condo was so well set-up. It was a minimalist’s dream. Every item was tucked away in a cabinet, drawer or cupboard which was my very favorite thing!! The lanai offered a beautiful view of the ocean. And although I sat on the lanai by myself there’s plenty of room out there for at least 4 people. The a/c was very cold (if you like it cold). The kitchen seemed fully equipped though we didn’t cook during our short stay. If you want to be in the heart of Waikīkī this is the place for you. There’s a coffee hut right downstairs which was very convenient. The garage (independent of the condo) was a tight squeeze, so be careful and drive slowly when parking and exiting if you use it.

We couldn't have chosen a better place for our needs

This condo was exactly as described. People in the building were friendly. Perfect location. Kitchen was well stocked. Balcony was a great hangout spot. Bed was ridiculously comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. One and only hiccup was the door code didn't work, but left message and Lei got back to us with a solution very quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

Everything went well. Had issues checking in since our flight was delayed. The wrong data was initially provided so we had to rent an additional room for the night. Besides that, nice location and room.

Perfect

Beautiful condo with great balcony - off the main strip so partial ocean view but much quieter (more relaxing). Building has other amenities, including lounge which we used for our group to celebrate a birthday. Central location surrounded by good restaurants and coffee places. Super easy check-in and amazing communication. Recommend if you want to be near the action but don’t want to pay resort prices.

Everything in one

The property is what's described on the listing. Very convenient to everything and the view was everything. The rooftop pool and view was great as well. I really only used the room to sleep and shower but having a full kitchen equipped with everything was a plus. I also loved they had all your beach supplies for use if you didn't bring your own. I would definitely book again if available when I visit again.
