この建物で10年間コンドミニアムを探し、ついにこの素晴らしいスタジオを購入することができました。 新しい楽園のカウンター、新しいフルサイズの冷蔵庫、キッチンシンク、高品質のスプリットエアコン、40インチのフラットスクリーンテレビなど、この楽園を完全に改造しました。

アウトドアが好きな人には最高の場所です。 素敵なカピオラニ公園とビーチは通りの向かいにあり、ここを歩いたり、走ったり、サーフィンをしたり、ブギーボードを泳いだり、ダイヤモンドヘッドをハイキングしたりすることさえできます。 また、ビーチに横たわることが運動の形式である場合にも最適な場所です！

This place was great! The room is small but for the most part we were out and about anyway. It was really nice to have all of the beach essentials in the closet. The views from the lanai are gorgeous. Parking was a bit tricky as it’s in a very popular area but the front desk was really helpful in figuring out options. Highly recommend!

Definitely a smaller condo, but we weren’t there much . Lots to do not enough time to stay in room. The place was clean and described the exact as what’s there. The balcony view is overlooking the zoo and there’s a good lookout on the pier and beach. A block away from the water lots of places around to shop or eat at: would recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed on this property for our honeymoon. My husband and I loved the room it was smaller but the size was just fine for the two of us. You have a great view of the beach and the mirrors in the room make it so you’re essentially looking at the beach the whole time. Loved that. Location was awesome, one minute walk to the beach where it’s less crowded and close walk to all the main Waikiki stuff. Room was very clean and comfortable. Loved hanging out on the lanai every morning and night. Will definitely book this property again on our next visit.

Very convenient location in Waikiki with the zoo, beach and shops just minutes away. Enjoyed the view of Diamond Head and the ocean when sitting on the lanai. The host checked on us several times to make sure things were going well. The unit is quite small but has the basic amenities.

Excellent location to stay!

We absolutely loved this place! It is small but has everything needed for 2 people to stay comfortably for well over a week. The views from the balcony are amazing! It is right on the edge of the busy beach area so it is perfect for those that want to have access to the fancy shops and restaurants but if that’s not your thing, it’s easy to avoid. Building is literally a 3 minute walk to the beach, and the room has everything needed for hanging at the beach! Would 100% stay here again!

Great Stay at the Waikiki Grand Hotel

Great location with quick access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much. Steve (the property manager) and the staff at the desk were very helpful and accommodating!

Excellent location, calm at night, handy to beach and shops.

After breakfast on the balcony overlooking the Zoo and beach, we were able to go for a swim in the morning then drive around the island doing visits then in the evening walk around the shops. Excellent location.

Perfect little spot!

I loved the room, we stayed for our honeymoon and we had a wonderful time. I would stay again. The room is small, but it works great for two people. Great views and location.

Great Property! Amazing location! Incredible view from private Lanai. Woke every morning to the distant sound of the animals at Honolulu Zoo looking over the park and Diamond Head. Everything you could possibly need for a beach holiday. Would definitely recommend and book next time I am in Waikiki

This conveniently located gem is the perfect spot to stay and enjoy Waikiki Beach. The view itself will be enough to say yes to this property! it was a beautiful, secure spot, the manager was tentative to all our needs including front reception. Real friendly staff, best location we went to the beach every day because of the location!

We have owned and managed Hawaii Vacation Rentals since 1993 and helped many thousands of guests to enjoy their stay in paradise. We are a boutique vacation rentals and real estate sales company that focus our attention on a small number of properties.

Steve is a real estate broker and has been licensed in Hawaii since 1999. Iku is a licensed real estate agent and a native Japanese speaker. We have traveled extensively and this gives us an understanding of what our guests need to make their stay enjoyable and safe. And being owners of rentals gives us the experience to help others buy and sell rentals and second homes.

We founded a vacation rental company named A Piece of Paradise on Hawaii Island (aka The Big Island) in 1996 and managed wonderful vacation homes in a special area named Kapoho. In 2011 we sold A Piece of Paradise and began relocating to Honolulu. A multi-year search for properties followed, and our hard work paid off!

In addition to managing our own properties we also love to help others buy their own piece of paradise in Hawaii. Even if you cannot live in Hawaii full time, It is a wonderful feeling to know that you have property here and you can come whenever you want. And when you are not staying at your property, the rent can help pay the bills.
