The home is terrific and the staff is outstanding! You don’t need the hotel amenities with everything that this house has to offer. Breathtaking views and relaxing environment! We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property and Location

The house and staff were amazing. Beautiful location and wonderful layout of the house, great open floorplan perfect for families. Was disappointed to discover that we were not allowed to use the amenities at the Ritz and the property management/concierge company was not very helpful and never actually made a single visit to the property after the initial check in and they were only available through an company text system that only operated 8-5..........I'd expect much more personalized service for a property at this price point. That said, the quality of the home, the wonderful location and the friendly in-villa staff were more than enough to overcome those issues and we'd strongly recommend the property overall.
