I chose to build the SeaGlass Villas on Andros because it’s one of the most peaceful, untouched, and naturally beautiful places in the Bahamas. This part of the island offers a rare combination of privacy, endless ocean views, and a warm, authentic community that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive.
What I love most about this area is the quiet simplicity - no crowds, no noise, just the sound of the waves, the soft ocean breeze, and miles of pristine shoreline. It’s a place where you can truly unwind, reconnect with nature, and slow down in a way that feels restorative.
The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and filled with local charm. You’ll see fishermen heading out early in the morning, neighbors waving as they pass, and the kind of island hospitality that’s becoming harder to find. Andros is known for world-class blue holes, bonefishing, incredible snorkeling, and untouched natural wonders, making it perfect for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure.
What makes SeaGlass special is the blend of seclusion and convenience - you’re close enough to everything you need, yet far enough away to feel like you’ve stepped into your own private retreat. The night skies here are unbelievable, the water is crystal clear, and the pace of life settles you in immediately.
This is the kind of place you come to recharge, breathe, and remember what it feels like to live slowly. That’s why I chose this location - and why so many guests fall in love with it, too.
