The Hamptons property, classified as one of the best residences in Sint Marteen, is located in Terres Basses. It has been recently renovated and decorated with refinement. It is composed of one villa and one cottage, which can be rented together or separately.

Villa Hamptons is composed of 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8) and 4 bathrooms.
The Cottage Hamptons is composed of 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), and 1 bathroom.
Each villa is independent, they have separate entrance doors and their own swimming pool. This ensures optimum privacy.

Concerning the Hamptons villa, each of its 4 bedrooms has a king size bed. Two of them give you direct access to the terrace and the garden, the two other rooms located upstairs offer a superb view of the Caribbean Sea. All rooms also have air conditioning, and satellite TV. The Hamptons Villa is arranged around a bar and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. The large sliding doors will take you directly to the terrace with its overflowing swimming pool, relax on one of the lounge chairs to enjoy the sun. A spacious living room equipped with a television will allow you to be comfortably installed. As for the terrace, it is equipped with a large convivial table from where you can admire a magnificent sunset every evening.

A beautiful property, well kept with plenty of amenities. A nice gated community with a couple of nice semi private beaches. Close to everything! Great concierge!

Amazing Villa in St Martin

This villa was simply perfect! The location, peaceful setting, modern amenities, sunset. Leo the villa manager was at your finger tips if you needed simply anything. We look forward to returning to the villa when our next opportunity arises.

Awesome vacation!!

well let me start by the saying the property looks exactly like the pictures !! the stay was awesome the people were great ! Leo was an awesome host from beginning to end and answered all my 101 questions before the booking process and also answered all my questions about all the great places to visit on the island he never made me feel like i was being a bother or asking too many questions which makes hosting a birthday vacation with friends a breeze ! there were no problems at the house but any little minor issue Leo was quick to respond and come to the house to make sure we were comfortable. He sent us to some really awesome places to eat and to hang out even with the 11pm curfew we had an awesome time ! Definitely if your not renting a car use the taxi guy Lucien impeccable service from pick up at the airport until drop off at the airport the service was A1 very knowledgeable of the town and made us feel very safe and welcome ,also definitely go with the atvs guys they were awesome and by far the BEST ATV ride we have been on out of the country WE ALL AGREED. to sum this up the house was very beautiful staff was awesome our birthday brunch turned out great the decor staffs awesome and came on time. The house is very safe the gate being secured adds to the safety ! oh there are cats but they don't bother but they are just there chillen! will stay here again for sure.

We were scheduled to stay at this property during the uncertainty of the Coronavirus and so were unfortunately not able to make the trip. John reached out proactively to offer us an opportunity to change the dates. We are keeping our fingers crossed that we can go this summer and are already looking forward to the trip.

We love Hampton's !!

This is our second time at the villa Hampton's and we loved it even more this time around ! We came with a bunch of friends and we were pleasantly surprised to find an electronic dart machine outside on the patio ! What a great idea ! We love this villa because the rooms are decorated with taste and it has a comfy feeling to it. The deck is so spacious that you can always find a space to yourself if you want to read a book or something. The fact that the view is overlooking the Caribbean Sea and that the villa is a short distance from the beach was out top priority when we booked the house the first time and we were not disappointed.

Beautiful vacation spot

The house was very nice. It was clean and fresh. The house was well equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation. But request extra towels when cleaning person comes because she didn’t leave extra and she didn’t replenish the beach towels. Clothes dryer didn’t work. But again house was great. Gwen was very helpful and put us in touch with the right people for awesome excursions on the island.

Flawless holiday spot

We traveled with our grown children and 7 month old grandchild, so we were naturally concerned that travel go off without a hitch. When John, the property manager, said "Relax" he was telling the truth. Nothing fell through the cracks, everything was arranged so that nothing fell through the cracks. From being transported effortlessly from St. Martin airport to the villa, where rental cars were waiting, to the meticulously cared for property itself. Plenty of privacy for all - with four master suites. Well-equipped kitchen, lovely outside area with pool overlooking the bay, and easy access to all of the peerless Sint Maarten powder sugar white sand beaches. If you want a spot for an extended family, or friends to stay together on a magical island, look no further.

Picture perfect views, secluded and comfortable

From the moment we arrived, we knew we were going to like the place. The property was very clean and well stocked and everyone's first words upon seeing the place were "wow". The property manager set us up prior to arrival with a packet of information including maps, and suggestions for restaurants and their favorite beaches etc. It made things very easy for us to feel comfortable on our first trip to Sint Maarten. The pool was lovely and we witnessed many rainbows off the deck - even a double rainbow. The kitchen was well stocked and enabled us to cook many delicious meals there for our large group. The bedrooms were very nice with private bathroom. The people on the island are as warm and welcoming as the beaches and the accomodations couldn't have been better for our large group. I wholeheartedly recommend a trip to Sint Maarten and a stay at Hamptons villa.

This property is awesome!!

This is the 4th time we rented a villa in Sint Maarten and believe me, this is the way to go! Let me say first that although the house is lovely, what I am most concerned with when I rent a villa is the outdoor living spaces and this place is amazing. There are so many comfortable places to relax outdoors.The grounds were beautiful and very well taken care of. The hammock on the patio under the pergola was my favorite place to lay back and watch the hummingbirds. The infinity pool was the best place to watch the beautiful sunsets and the gazebo on the water was beautiful. The location was quiet and very peaceful. Our stay was awesome and we just can't wait to return. See you again real soon

A PIECE OF PARADISE

An incredible week! The hard part is leaving after only SEVEN days. Very comfortable and ample room for two families of 4 adults and 4 children. The villa is beautiful and the grounds stunning! We dined on the veranda, witnessed the most beautiful sunsets, explored colourful sea creatures while snorkeling, enjoyed the calm of the pool but mostly simply relaxed forgetting every day hassles. We really appreciated looking at the stars at night on the pier. The staff is friendly and very helpful. . This place is perfect. A little paradise!

Awesome Hamptons

Hesitant to give a great review because we don't want the house to be booked next time we want to come but.... a very well deserved high recommendation for this place. In fact it was perfect, we all agreed, nothing at all we would change; the layout, the decor, the pool, simply perfect. Also to note, this place not set up as a rental, i.e. cheap furniture and fittings- its clearly an owner's house that he has spared no expense on and passes that on to renters. And the service provided by Jonathan and Gwen made it even better. The house was set up beautifully with lots of attention to detail and we didn't miss a single thing. Really a 5 star operation and both Jonathan and Gwen super responsive. We will definitely be back! Thanks Greg Havens

Quiet and lovely place

The view from any bedroom is great, in deed you can admire the Ocean from each bed. Outdoor furnitures are modern and confortable. It was so nice having dinner on the outdoor table with no noise around!

Gem of Saint Martin

What a delightful find! A very scenic and quiet villa with all the necessary amenities. Not far from good restaurants, but great if you decided to stay in and enjoy a peaceful night watching the sunset with champagne , wine and antipasto platter. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an intimate or romantic place to stay with a very relaxed atmosphere.. we will be staying again...

Incredible Villa

We are very happy that we chose to stay at this villa!!! The villa is excellent and even better than the photos... Beach is a short walk and is very nice and quiet. The outdoor terrace was beautiful; we loved it in the morning and it was just the perfect place to relax after going to the beach and we enjoyed a swim in the pool - so refreshing.

Magic Villa

Villa Hamptons is really well decorated. We all loved the style and pictures show reality. Thanks to Kate, the nice maid, the Villa was clean and well prepared when we arrived. Infinity pool is amazing and wifi speed is fabulous we can get thanks to optical fiber until 100Megs which is fantastic here is St Maarten. Tv in all bedrooms help when you have young kids :)

Beautiful view from infinity pool

From pool gazebo and large terrace you have a 180° view on Caribbean sea! Seaview too from all bedrooms, bathrooms are spacious and modern like all decoration in this amazing Villa. Walking to Plum bay beach is possible, this beach means paradise, sandy and quiet.

Great option for our family

This was a great option for my family and me while we visited St Maarten. We had five adults and 3 kids staying. If you're into a great ocean view and a clean and modern villa, this place is for you. The villa is newly renovated and very comfortable. It's only a 3 minute drive to restaurants and bars. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to those looking for a relaxing stay on St Maarten.

Villa Hampton is a wonderful property with beautiful ocean view (I want to live here!) and a giant thank you to John for your excellent communication and for answering any questions and also checking us in. Villa is large and equipped with everything you could need and more!! And very clean too :) Excellent value for money as we had 8 people stay here and we all had such a nice relaxing time out in the backyard just watching the ocean. I'm so pleased that way stayed here, 10/10 would stay again!!!

We couldn't have been happier

My family, all 8 of us, rented the entire house for 5 days and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. We booked every day with a activity with the concierge, and we wish we had just relaxed and spent more time just enjoying the property. We are already discussing coming back for at least a week next time, and just enjoying the house.
