I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is gorgeous - inside and out. You feel like you’ve been transported to a chateau in Paris. The home is pristine, gorgeous pool and view. And A. Only suggestion to visitors would s you may want to rent a car. You can walk to town which has great restaurants and beach club but if you want to see the other islands a car is helpful.

Perfect house in St. Martin

Absolutely beautiful property overlooking Orient Bay. So convenient to beach clubs and great dining. Top of the line appliances and plenty of space to spread out. The pool was just beautiful. Highly recommended this property to families.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! Everything we could have wanted! Literally, had everything we needed!!! Towels, blankets, sheets, toiletries, kitchen appliances, dinner wear, a fridge full of water, a candy dish full of candy and more! The one thing we needed was a pump to air up a float and they brought it immediately! The owners were so accommodating! I would stay here, again, if we go back to Sint Maarten! I highly recommend this house!

Clean house but Horrible location, 5/10 for Concierge they tried but can do better as a Luxury Villa. The Water smells weird smells unsafe to brush teeth with. Clean floors, clean house everything clean overall. Host did not mention lots of mud driveways going towards Villa. Also chef, DO NOT Book with him unless you want uncooked food. Villa 6 stars out of 10

Dear Sir, Thank you for your stay. We were surprised by your review, as you initially described the villa as “amazing.” Your later complaints concerned optional services not included in the villa rental. Please note that Villa Fleurs de Lys provides the property only, as stated on VRBO. The birthday decoration (balloons, flowers, tequila) was done exactly as requested except of the color of pétals, and the private chef was an independent provider with whom you arranged the menu and price directly. Transportation is also not included. Regarding the water, it comes from the local Island water network, which supplies all properties in the area. No other guests have reported any odor or issue, and this was never mentioned during your stay. Our villa is brand new, 5-star certified, and consistently praised for its cleanliness and quality. Everything is close by yet the neighborhood remains peaceful, surrounded by tropical gardens and ocean breeze.
