We rented this property due to the our group of 8 adults. The property was well kept, and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay again next year if it's available.

Lake of the Ozarks family vacation

We had three families meet at the house for vacation, a total of 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was perfect for what we needed. Each bedroom has a full bathroom which make it super convenient not having to share a bathroom. The location was great also, everything we wanted to do was close. The covered porches were great to spend time on and catch up. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable for large groups

We enjoyed our stay. The carpets were a bit rough but that was to be expected. The beds were clean and the house was comfortable for our family. We would stay again.

love the location and neighborhood. close to everything i wanted to be near. however it was extremely dirty and outdated. all the carpet was stained, there was hair in showers, and a horrible smell in the entry.

Perfect home for a large group!

What a great home! The house was so clean and the beds were very comfortable! The sheets were like butter! Every bedroom provides an attached bathroom, huge bonus! We had plenty of hot water and the AC provided great cooling for the hot/humid days we were there. The location was serene and conveniently located near our boat rental and grocery stores. We are 4 couples that enjoyed common space together but were also able to have our personal space. I highly recommend this home!

We have been coming to the Lake of the Ozarks since I retired in 2009 and have been renting condos/houses. This house was 100% the worst we have ever stayed in.

Great place for a large group, could use some updates

Great amount of beds for a large group travelling to the Ozarks! The floors were pretty dirty - definitely wear your shoes around or your feet will be black and there were some large stains in the carpet that look like they could be washed out with some effort on the owners part. The deck also had some rotting wood so it was a little dangerous to walk around outside. Great location - easy access to Margaritaville and other swim up bars and a nice pool near by as well.

Very clean - just a few minor things

It was very clean, the property manager was available. There were just a few things, none of the TVs in the condo worked, apparently the cable was no longer in service so the property manager came and spent an hour getting the TV in the family room connected to a ROKU remote. I couldn't get the oven to work. There were a few lights in the property that I never could get working. It was fine for what I needed it for.

Not as good as it was described online

When we at main entrance gate to enter the property, the code given by owner was not working. Tried calling him 2 times while waiting at gate and no response. We tailed someone's car to enter the property. WiFi password was not working, but we didn't need it because we were getting good receptions. Roku TV wasn't working at all. All AC units are old and making noise, hard to sleep at night. Not enough towels for 18 Sleeps. Had only shower towel, no other towel. BBQ grill was there with 2 empty propane. We have to buy 1 propane tank and left at property. Not enough kitchen utensils, only 2 small pans, a small saucepan. Enough cutting knifes. Kitchen size is very small. Fridge was OK. All FF&E were quite old. All needs to be replace. All wooden chairs were wobbly, a friend fall. Overall, Not recommending to others.

Nice home.

This house was in a great location. We were able to quickly get to the resort yet have our own kitchen to cook. The house was great for a larger family with a variety of age groups.

We did have a couple of issues, gate codes were incorrect in our correspondence, we had very few towels and had to ask for more and the refrigerator never did get cold, freezer worked fine. The only broom and dustpan in the house looked to be 20 years old, filthy and broken. We wanted to clean up the best we could. Overall, it was ok, we were glad to have the large bedrooms to spread out a little.

Memorial weekend trip

The stay was amazing! Everything was good! Just a few minor things. Screen door was broke in the bottom left side room and no iron. If that’s the worst of your problems then that’s a good thing!

Decent stay

I expected a more updated house and the place was not at all comfortable temperature wise. We had to go buy fans just to be somewhat comfortable!
