This condo is located on Main Street, you walk to everything at anytime. Older furniture and accommodations but feels like you’re at grandmas and that feels great! We have two young kids and they really enjoyed the elevator and access control element of the building, made them feel like secret agents. Love graham for making it so easy for us every summer. Thanks

Downtown

Great location in the heart of Harbor Springs. Property was convenient to everything and had a view of the harbor and sunsets. Additionally, elevator was a real bonus amenity. Property manager was very responsive and the check in/out process was extremely quick and easy. If you want to experience Harbor Springs this would be a good choice.

Great Times in Harbor Springs

The property was an excellent location close to food and drink with a top-notch view of the harbor. Everything worked well. The showers were great. The parking spot was a pleasant bonus as well. Just mind your step as you approach the rear entry.

Condo with water view

Condo is nicely furnished and has a beautiful view of the bay and marina. Needed: better quality furniture on the terrace, SMART TV, small fan as master bedroom can get stuffy at night if warm weather if you don’t want AC on, wine glasses. Overall a quiet and attractive place to stay very convenient to the Town of Harbor Springs.

It’s a huge plus to be able to walk around town as soon as you leave the building. Parking is always an issue in all neighborhoods of Harbor Springs and we were happy to have our own covered space reserved. Our stay was a stress free , relaxing and comfortable experience.

One of the bedroom blinds & curtain were broken upon arrival, and since we arrived on a Sat. afternoon of a holiday weekend, had to wait until Tuesday to get things fixed, but then it was corrected immediately. Did find out a few days later the oven door would not close completely, meaning the oven would not completely preheat or maintain temp unless we held the door closed. That was not fixed during our stay, so we did without available oven for our second week.

The gorgeous views from the balcony are such a treat! We really enjoyed watching the boats come in the harbor. The unit was clean and had everything that we needed! The only thing I would add is that the front door knob handle needed to be tightened. It came off a few times when we were leaving. Overall, it was a fantastic visit and we would definitely like to stay there again! Thank you!!!

Nice stay

Great property! Back patio is smaller than photos made it seem. Rest of unit was as advertised. The management company website is annoying. It requires you to download an app to your phone. Also, the move out instructions weren't able to be addressed in the day that they were needed. No coffee maker other than a Keurig. (we purchased one from Wal-Mart). The place could have been a little cleaner. No hand soap in master bath. However the location and layout of the place helped us to overlook the smaller inconveniences.

Great Location

We spent a weekend at the penthouse and really enjoyed it. The location is great for walking to shops and restaurants. We had a great meal at Willow and a great breakfast at Small Batch.
